  • Quite many seem to think this is good for Guardian Druid, but none of the usual suspects rotate. Would you really consider replacing one of the three with this? For me the card is solid, but not that good.

If you think this is too expensive, you did not see the video.

This is not meant to be a finisher. It turns a fairly modest board of tokens into a trade-winning machine, especially when Solar Eclipsed.

One weakness of token decks has often been that the board can be easily cleared. This fixes that, and 4 mana is not too much to pay.

If I hadn't watched the stream I would've indeed said it's way too slow, but it worked alarmingly well there. At least Savage Roar won't be a thing in Standard anymore.

  • What is it with Druids and Mana memes? I've never been a good deckbuilder so I definitely can't see how to make it work, but I still daresay it won't be competitively viable.

  • One of the best flavor texts in the expansion for sure:

"Rank 3 is when your mom uses your middle name."

  • The Deathrattle chain dream requires a pretty lucky opening hand, and both this and the 3-drop don't even have that good stats. Right now I'm not expecting to face too much of this card.

Landscaping as a demon hunter card lmao. this class still gets better cards than others

yeah, and they are even demons (though not sure what you can do with the demon type)

Druid has Treant synergies and board buffs though, Demon Hunter seems to lack the support for this. I do agree that in a vacuum this is better, but in reality Landscaping is more likely to see play than this.

  • Will be a thing if Deathrattle DH will be a thing; outside the quite strong legendary it got I remain unconvinced. But we'll see.

  • Super cute for sure, but I'm not sure if the rather tempo-oriented Murloc decks want to play that. They would like to have draw for sure, but 2-mana 1/3 is quite weak.

  • Murloc Shaman will sure have strong turn 2 options with this and South Coast Chieftain.

  • Seems pretty strong, solid-enough stats and good effect. I also smell a lot of combo potential here...

  • "If you played an Elemental last turn" never really took off in Un'Goro, and I don't think this fares any better. Decent effect if you manage that though.

  • Seems pretty good if you manage to play a Murloc on turn 1 (and it doesn't die). Murlocs definitely need to hold the control of the board now that Warleader leaves and this seems like a good tool for that.

  • Missed chance for an easter egg. They should've made the sword look like the one seen in George and Karl Dungeon Run boss since the former later became George The Fallen.

  • Hate it tbh. Messing with your opponent's deck should not be this easy (yes I do dislike Tickatus as well, thanks for asking).

  • It's likely that they already leaked the upcoming change (or at least part of it) a while ago: Nitroboost's mana cost should rise to 2 (our original post).

  • It's a bit slow for sure, but maybe it'll find a home in some decks. Potentially some sort of OTK combo that really wants more stats?

Does this change the evaluation of the new Rogue Weapon? I will still play this together with SSS, instead of the new one.

It definitely makes Shank better than it was, but SSS is still probably more consistently strong.

Cool and rather unique effect. Not sure how viable it will be though.

For achievement hunters: Celestalon is once again teasing us with upcoming achievements. Apparently you'll need to kill the drained minion with Serena.

If you only need to do this once, its simply enough, since anything with 1 health will die to this effect...I assume anyway

Celestalon did word it "attack and kill", most likely to prevent this easy "cheat". So some extra effort is required.

My initial idea is a removal heavy Priest to keep board empty, and when opponent plays one big minion play this and Hysteria. If it really requires Serena to be the one to attack (damn Hysteria nerf!) then either Mass Hysteria and hope, or roll on the floor and cry trying.

    Or just Broom

Always doing things the hard way, aren't I? :D

I was tunneling on minions that have more Health than Attack, but ofc the opposite exist too...
