According to this tweet about a separate press release, the skins will be $9.99 USD each when sold separately, and the prices of the two skin bundles will be $14.99 and $24.99, respectively. Regarding the bundles, Uther is only in the bigger one.
I've played the last list quite a bit, substituting in Conjure Mana Biscuits for the achievement, and I have to say I've had a ton of fun with the deck. Recommending to try it out if your collection allows it.
As already answered above, the bundle went on sale yesterday and will stay the shop through February 8th.
As an absolutely shameless plug, I've been trying to keep our alternate hero skin guides updated whenever new ones pop up, so one should be able to refer to those for the info. If I've been competent enough, you can also find a link to those guides on the card page of each hero skin.
I got all the funky ones out of the way, and you're 100% right. They are super grindy. I've been trying to maximize Shadowjeweler Hanar to get more Shenanigans triggers, but man... it is really an uphill battle.
I tried to make Shenanigans happen with Mill Rogue in Wild, but of course the secret doesn't trigger on your turn. Not even when opponent's Rigged Faire Game triggers. Mad Scientist is a great tutor though. That achievement took some grindy hours.
I just played Aggro Hunter and killed my own stuff when my opponent didn't play killable enough minions :D Safe to say my winrate wasn't the highest but an achievement hunter must do what an achievement hunter must do.
I'm very close to completing the DMF achievements (except Oh My Yogg) so if you want decklists and stuff, I should be able to help. The new ones are just grind though which can basically be done with any list that just includes the card.
If you got any of the five secret achievements, you should know the method of obtaining the rest as well. I'm not sure if the same achievements can be earned next time so I'm a bit hesitant about directly telling the answer.
Why do I keep doing this, I'm pretty sure I fixed at least one of these when writing. I guess my brains think that father--->man--->must use his/him. Will be fixed soon.
I don't have a strict order for the classes, and it's not that Wild-specific, but I'll share it anyway:
Top tier: Mage, Warlock, Druid, Priest
Grindy control with big flashy spells seems to be my thing. Druid doesn't really fit that description but I've always quite enjoyed playing it, not sure why. All (except maybe Priest) are also quite versatile.
Mid-tier: Warrior (and Paladin?)
The control aspect of Warrior gains it a tier of its own for my list. I just haven't been playing it that much in Wild. Paladin is at a weird spot, I don't like playing it too much but I still kinda want to list it ahead of the bottom 4.
The rest: Hunter, Shaman, Rogue, Demon Hunter
Just not my cup of tea. Maybe it's the lack of control options.
This post became more "look I'm a control player" than I intended...
Got both new Loot 'N Pillages but didn't play too much attention until I had rolled one. The +-version is 0/9 nowadays and if I recall correctly, the basic was 0/6.
I was losing my faith in humanity since even comments didn't seem to mention Ragnaros, the clearly best card back, but you saved the day. Frostfire pretty much the runner-up for me as well so I approve this comment.

We indeed initially had a typo; should't, if I recall correctly.
We only got our news post up less than 1h ago so I wouldn't say so.

Same, I ran both Moonfang and Runaway Blackwings at the same time, fast achievements in Wild.

Bronze-Gold, the default filter of HSReplay's deck stats.
You dare expose our incompetence!? Eat snow!
Just like with all the new quests, instaconceding matches will count, so if you really dislike playing Ranked you are not forced to.

That's what I/we were expecting too. They don't have another "usual patch time" so it's impossible to say.
The time hasn't been set in stone yet but it will likely be before the last day.
Well, they just started releasing mini-sets every expansion, effectively taking the amount of cards to 170.
My understanding is that Darkk Mane is to blame here.
