I got both the packs from World Championship and the compensation gold in EU today. Everyone should've gotten at least the gold by now according to a community manager post on Reddit.
Looking at my old notes, I must've edited the deck I initially beat Supremus with and forgotten to add enough cards.
Given that two expansions have been released since (which I imagine can be used here), Wave of Apathy and Palm Reading would be my favourites for the empty spot.
Assuming we're talking about guardians: it's hard to say for sure without knowing which ones are in question but some of them have been part of event rewards. I think all of those have required purchasing the event pass to obtain them. Can't think of any other that could be considered as rewards.
Now I read on reddit Riot confirmed that there will only be 10 regions but we have 11 bigs ones Shurima is gonna stand alone most likely since it's big, now the question is the void vs Ixtal...
If you still can find that thread, I'd like to see it. I can't remember them confirming they would only do 10 regions, but I do think they've mentioned something like "once we have 10 regions" which just means "after August 2021".
I fully expect the three regions (Shurima, Void, Ixtal) to have their own sets in Runeterra as well. Maybe they'll even do a "neutral" Runeterra region for the champions that don't quite fit anywhere else. But it indeed seems Bandle City won't be getting its own region.
Yeah Murlocs and Pirates were disabled long ago, possibly when Hall of Fame was first introduced. I don't know about the full Classic collection but I'm one legendary away from completing it so I might get the confirmation to that soon™.
I am hearing a lot of folks on Twitch saying they will likely pick Valeera at 50 for more rogue variety.
Valeera's portrait is interesting and dynamic, most of the others look too similar to other options they currently have. Unfortunately, I barely play rogue.
Same, Valeera is one of the best there but Rogue might be my least played class overall (I still don't know where my Shaman wins are from as I can't recall playing the class that heavily either...). I might end up picking Valeera anyway, or maybe Jaina. Others seem quite a lot like "same old" to me.
Blizzard's announcement blog is a bit weird ("one additional card pack each time your champion advances—to the quarterfinals, semifinals, or finals"; I don't think the system had clear quarterfinals, it probably means the winners' and decider matches then?) but you should get four packs regardless since Jarla was the other finalist.
Oh, we still have the old version of that card image. When it was first revealed, it had no tribe tag but Blizz was quite quick to fix it. It seems we weren't :D
I've seen that interaction before in the Hearth Tech Youtube channel, where they test all weird interactions and bugs. So it is how it currently works but I personally don't think it's supposed to work like that. Feels a tad OP, don't you think?
The latter. Feel free to spend 'em all!

That's interesting, is this the first 1500 xp quest that is not "+"?

Yup, it's kinda annoying. The scrolling also seems more bugged than before as well, at least for me.
Correct.

Likely at or slightly after 10 AM PST/ 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET as usual.
He does use the art as his Twitch avatar already.

That could well be just the announcement/blog timing, and not yet patch.
Not a bad guess at all, now that we've seen those cards.
Isn't the squad already there?
But they already mentioned it for Patch 18.4. At one point it also seemed to work for me too. Until it didn't.
I can tell you this isn't working right now, unless I misunderstand something. I've crashed through those floors at least twice so far.
