Might sneak into Dude decks with Lothraxion, but not sure if Paladin gets a wide enough board of Divine Shield minions to kill your opponent otherwise.
I can only really think of specific scenario where this is better than Potion of Illusion, and that's with 8 mana Astalor into Prep, Bounce, play Astalor again for 1 mana.
Hello, hello, oh HELL-NO!!! Crown piece of Kangor/Big Paladin decks, though I think playing this off of Blood Crusader is a bit risky in certain match ups.
Ironically, the Hero Power Druid deck might not be the best performing place for this card, but in a Anub deck to make a pair of giant taunts that few aggro decks can get around. Or they're the same deck, and this is just the nuts.
A conditional... Fire Fly... Granted, Fire Fly didn't make itself infinitely, but the tribe and the effect seems a bit at odds with each other, to say the least.
So we're rotating out Vanessa Vancleef and getting a similar (though less targeted/specific) effect but without the body. Thief Rogue didn't run Vanessa often in the first place, but losing out on premium cards like Recon just might make the case.
On the Dissonant sid, a 5 mana 6+/6+ minion doesn't sound too bad... but no class bias, so you kind of have to pray that you get a decent keyword or effect. But a card that's only good half of the time doesn't really see play, see also Worgen cards from Witchwood.

Honestly, I'd be worried about decking myself in Outcast DH, but that just seems like an embarrassment of riches at that point.
Having a decent body and good effect you want to bounce is usually mutually exclusive.
I'm wondering if Miracle is really the route we want to go with Combo-Bounce Rogue, if we get there just going for Tempo...

I want this to be bad, because I don't want to play in a meta where Tony Warrior is actually good.
Man, just as Jace is rotating out too. Fel Spells are okay in DH, you can honestly run it to juice up S'theno.
Interesting conditional Tutor, but I'm not sure what weapon you want to target, nor the minions. Not sure if this makes the cut in say Relic DH.

Seems good for a Presence Shaman deck, giving you a body and recovering the health lost from earlier turns.
Another reason why they took Armorsmith out of Core Set before Armor Warrior got a chance to be a thing.

Play 1 minion and this is better than Warrior's Woodcutter Ax. Common Paladin W
1 cost minions aren't as exploitable as 2 cost ones, and it's only two of them not three. Call to Arms, this is not.

I like the art on the Dissonant side, very ANCIENT SINS vibe there.
Is it a good card? Eh, don't think so.
Literally every Druid deck from now and until it rotates out will play this.
Spring Rocket looks bad, and I'm not sure you want to run this in Aggro or Burn Frost Mage for the conditional AoE.
