Normally, 2 mana Discover is a bit on the expensive side without a body or other effect. Discovering a Spell that's already been PLAYED though, suddenly gets interesting. Obvious synergy with Lightshows.
O-okay??? If this was released back when I was idolizing and building towards Kibler's Elemental Mage, this would've blown my mind. Right now... Well, the pool is actually kinda decent, and pretty good value for just 1 mana. Just hard to justify playing it in any given Mage deck.
This is just crazy with Fan Clubs and Idol's Adoration, but what next after that tempo spike? No more Bless, and Inner Fire hasn't returned, so all the bodies are just... extra bodies.
Honestly the best of the Riffs, though that bar is pretty low. Sadly, it's likely only played (along with the other two riffs) in Tony Warrior to tutor their combo pieces.
It's important to note that it's draw 1 + however many different tribes you have. So even just a single tribal minion makes it a 2 mana outcasted Spectral Sight. Though unlike Impending Catastrophe, there's no Fiendish Circle or Mischievous Imps to fill your board up and reload immediately.
This feels like a leftover card from Sunken City. Though actually gets decent with Bunch of Bananas and Barrel of Monkeys

Does the Aggro deck run hard removal? Oh, they don't, because they're an aggro deck and focused on going unga bunga? Well they're in trouble now.
Mmmm... Monke
Pretty good, either just for the bodies to feed bananas to, or having minions in play without interfering with your Big Beasts package.
First one: bad. Second one: pretty decent. Third and beyond: uh oh.
Rommath casting all of the discovered copies: uh oh, UH OH, UH OH
Ramming Speed, which isn't good, but they don't have to be next to each other to make it work. Getting copies is just a cherry on top.

Why yes, I would like extra Pyroblasts and Lightshows to kill my opponent, thank you.
Even if you're not playing for the Finale to try to copy a specific card like Lightshow or Pyroblast, this is just a powerful draw for Mage.
Was... was it really necessary he damaged himself first? I think he could've been a 4/4 or 4/5 as a baseline and be just fine.
Seems like a decent control tool, especially when it's on the Dissonant side. Though, Lightbomb and Clear the Scene kinda crowds this out.

Hello, would you like 1 mana Vision of Darkness every turn? Of course you do.
Decent pick off of Sister Svalna, but probably not good enough to main deck it.
Perhaps Nagas is the overall direction for Overheal Priest to build around...

Honestly only good in Taunt Taunt TAUNT Warrior, but seriously why does Blizzard keep giving Warrior so many bad conditional taunt minions?
A bad Claw, and only really good after you've played another Riff.
You KNOW they took out Armorsmith from core because they found some Armor Warrior deck in testing that gained a billion armor.
