So you'd probably play this after you are lucky enough to get some really good card so you can play it again. I'm not sure if that would happen enough to give this a deck slot.
Well, some weapons are probably going to like this. I can't be bothered to figure out which. I'm probably wrong, but I think even using this on your Hero Power weapon would be a good play.
Was Sidequest an expansion specific keyword? Either way, Thief Rogue should have no trouble completing this. How good this is depends on what the loot is.
Aren't the Tourist cards supposed to do something that goes with the Tourist class? I guess most of the hero cards were pretty strong, so this might be good.
Possibly 8 extra damage to face assuming there isn't a Taunt in the way and it doesn't buff a sleeping minion. I'm not sure if that's good for 6 mana, but given that condition it would definitely win you some games.
I think I could see this being pretty good. I guess the best use would be giving three large minions Divine Shield, or even popping the shield and casting it again on the same minion.
I guess Spell Damage makes this good. Otherwise, I'm not sold on 6 randomly split damage for 3 Mana. Randomly split is the issue here. A 3 Mana Fireball would be insane.
I don't know if this is supposed to be used as a mana cheat with a Big Spell Mage deck, but I don't think this is likely to survive until your next turn. And paying 3 Mana to make a spell cost 2 less on the same turn is nonsensical.
These locations that can re-open early are an interesting mechanic. I could easily see you being able to use up all three uses in a single turn with this.
Definitely not so great if there are weak low-Health minions on the board. I'll have to see how well this works out, but I imagine it requiring some setup.
On the one hand, if the spell you draw costs 7 or more, it's a good deal, on the other you lose the ability to pick your target. In most cases, I guess it doesn't matter.
This seems like it would be pretty damn good with cheap cards. If they're cheap enough you could even activate it more than once a turn.
Not sure it's killing many minions past turn 3 with only 2 Attack. Guess that's what weapon buffs are for.

I guess they have to make cards like way too expensive for their effect, otherwise it would cost 0 by turn 5.

Reminds me of Scale Replica, though that's probably better since it's a specific tutor. Either way, this looks nice.

These sunscreens don't look all that strong, though I can guess you can get a lot of them. You'll probably be dead before you do though.

I think this might be better in Mage decks than Paladin decks.
After a quick look at Paladin buff options in Standard, I think I can say maybe.
Now I have to wonder if decks will be running a bunch of cheap spells and playing this for free. All you would need is ten.
Remornia, Living Blade except it switches between location and minion instead of weapon and minion. Cool. And also looks really strong.
