Like, you want this to hit as many Minions as possible, but if you want to make this work with Kael'thas Sunstrider, you'd have to run a considerable Amount of Spells.
Don't know how this'll do in Standard, but I doubt that we'll see much of this in Wild. Aviana/Kun the Forgotten King Combos already have more Mana than they need. Forest Warden Omu would be just a Win-More Card in those Decks.
It guarantees the Outcast-Trigger, but you can't really influence what you'll draw. You could maybe build a Deck that only runs Skull of Gul'dan, but then you'd lose out on so much Cards.
5 Mana deal 5 and summon a 5/5 is a very powerfull Swing. But I think the Condition makes this balanced. There's only 3 DH Cards (6 with Copies) that shuffle Soul Shards AND you need to not draw the Shards, which is actually very likely because of DH's Cycle.
Really powerfull Effect for the Cost, but the Condition could be tough.
If you want to play this on Curve and stop Aggro (which I assume is the biggest Appeal of this Card), you not only need to play either Spirit Jailer or Soul Shear first, you also need to not draw the [Hearthstone Card (Soulshard) Not Found].
This is just insane! You could probably slot this into any DH Deck because of its many Applications! Disruption, Refill,... You can even use this in Control to delay Fatigue.
This Card could provide an insane Swing, like Soul Mirror.
But it should be said that 3 Damage for 7 is not good. Flamestrike often enough just barely clears the Board, and it deals more Damage than this. For this to give you max. Value, you have to either face a Board full of small Minions, or use your Minions to soften up your Opponents.
Seems like it's stronger than Candleshot, and that's already a good Card!
Building up a Board against Hunter in the early Game should be pretty tough with that Card around. But I don't think that this Card is all too great against big Minions... unless you want to tank 8 or so Damage.
Don't know how it will turn out in DH. I doubt that you want your 2-Health Minions to do Trades.
1-Mana-Druids in Wild will probably try this for a Week or so, only to find out that they don't really need this Card. Like, You have full Mana, and all of your Stuff costs 1, why would you need this Guy? This seems like a win more Card for this Kind of Deck to me.
Standard looks a bit different. Maybe some midrange-y Style of Deck? T6, this Guy, then Innervate into someting. Alternatively: t7, this and Bogbeam/Ironbark.
I think that's just an all-around great Card! You can probably put this into any Druid Deck and have it perform pretty well.
I don't know...

Thank God this is even.
Pretty straightforward. Since there's not that many Generators for Soul Shard Decks, you pretty much have to include this.

Could be pretty nice. It's more Stats than Corridor Creeper and they have Taunt, which could be relevant in Aggro Matches.
The earliest you could play this reliably is T4, I guess. T1, 1-Drop, T2 Umberwing, T3 Satyr Overseer (?).
Really powerfull Effect for the Cost, but the Condition could be tough.

I find it funny that an „alright Card" is the Worst that DH got.

Cards like this make me excited to see what they'll do with Big DH.
But it still needs a bit more Support, altough it has an immediate Impact on the Board.
It's a pretty good Disruption-Tool, but I don't know if DH wants to block 1 of their Outcast Spots off for the Majority of the Game.
Tempowise - It's a 4 Mana 4/3, which isn't really good, but it could gain you Tempo by getting rid of Key-Removal, like AoE.
THAT NEW PRIEST LEGENDARY!!!
GOODBYE, COMBO!!

Could be alright in Hunter, but Druid seriously needs some Beasts.
Rn they only have 4 Beasts and only 2 of them can be pulled with this. And I doubt that someone would pay 7 to pull Crystal Stag and Steel Beetle.

So, if you are Priest, and you want to play with this Card, you have to build a Deck without AoE?
... Yeah, No. Hard Pass from my Side.
10/10 Card Art.
