Remember when the Devs said that Shaman should not be good at generating/drawing Cards? Yeah, me neither.
Anyway, this might see play in some kind of Big Spell Shaman? This Card, The Fist of Ra-den and the other new Shaman Spell could fit into that Deck really well!
Hmm... enables some Combos, but you have to draw this Card in Time. Like, imagine you have the Combo in Hand but this Card is at the Bottom of your Deck. Not only would you need to go to Fatigue, you'd also need to wait 2 Turns. That alone makes this Card unreliable.
A Spider Tank with Taunt is already pretty solid. And let's not forget that Spellbreaker will rotate, so Silence won't be that common for it to really matter.
I wonder if there'll be Ways to trigger the Deathrattles of Prime Minions multiple Times. There's already that neutral Legendary that should work quite nicely with these Cards.
All the Outcast Cards I've seen give me the Impression that DH will be very good at topdecking. Like, imagine you play like Divine Favor Pally and puke your Hand onto the Board. Triggering the Effect of Cards like this and Skull of Gul'dan will be no Problem!
I imagine a lot of DH Decks will run this as a Finisher, the Class already looks pretty aggro. And since Leeroy Jenkins is rotating, this will surely see play.
Besides the obvious Combo cough*Malygos*cough , there aren't that many Targets for this, at least in Standard. Maybe you just play a t5 Abyssal Summoner or get a cheap Zzeraku the Warped?
Instead of running mediocre Removal, that requires another Card to become good, and a Minion that does nothing on its own, I'd just... run Removal that's good in general.
What are the best big Spells that you could/want to cast with this rn?
Of the Top of my Head there's Overflow, Mind Control, Eye of the Storm, insert Mage Spell here and maybe Lay on Hands.
Yeah...
... Or maybe you just keep your good Cards and make use of them later.
This to me seems like a solid Card for Tempo Shamans. Evolving your 2 Drop after the Trade on t3 is good enough.
More support for control-focused Shaman Decks. I like it!
It's pretty slow for an Evolve Effect, but still very powerful. Getting 3 4 Mana Minions on t6 and dealing 4 Damage is quite the Swing.
At least it's not as busted as Doom in the Tomb. You can actually do something against that.

This alone should guarantee that Rogues will put Secrets into their Decks.
And maybe they'll even be decent this Time.
Why did it take them so long to print more Secrets for Rogue?
I mean, it's not like this Class is known for, you know,... STRIKING FROM THE SHADOWS OR USING DIRTY TRICKS.
HAHA! Yet another Card for the infamous Tempo-Priest!
... Which will be DoA, because Northshire Cleric rotates.
So, this is essentialy a delayed Volcanic Potion?
Stonetusk Boar OTK incoming? Ramkahen Wildtamer + double Hunting Party is 32 Damage.

This Card seems underwhelming, unless there's some good Health Gain in DH.

Oh hey, look its Recruit „SUMMON A MINION FROM YOUR DECK".
... At least it sounds better than „Repeatable this Turn".
3 Mana deal 5 Damage and sometimes summon a Minion is quite good.
And maybe there's a Possibility for Murloc DH later on? I mean, the Class already seems pretty aggressive.

Meh...
