For me this look like more like landmark version of [runecard]monkey idol[/runecard], I also don't think that this will play like that undying since Shurima have followers who can generate Sand Soldier, so your going to have blockers available.

With 4 health and spell shield, this card is hard to remove with spells, as for combat Shurima has some good attack reducing cards. So yeah this look great in any Shuriman aggro or midrange deck. 

It sucks that you can't cast it during combat but the buffs you get from this cost 0 and are permanent. So this has potential.

It's can die in combat, still be affected by any spell that say kill, obliterate or recall and doesn't have any useful keyword like overwhelm, fearsome or life drain. It's not bad card but no great either.
