  • As nice as that sound, I am afraid that no card game is immune to power creep, in the "cards that desperately need a buff" topic we already listed several cards that became obsolete.

We should also keep in mind that deck like Fiora/Shen managed to stay relevant because they got a couple of nice addition like Sharpsight,Nopeify! and Screeching Dragon

  • Imagine playing a Teemo deck against this.

  • I knew that she wasn't gonna get stun because riot wants every region to have a bunch of specific key words, but I was hoping for some frostbite synergy.

  • when I see these controversies I am reminded that people in the internet are under the impression that middle eastern have just one skin color and belong all to the same ethnic group.

  • Well I said that she was solid not great,  you are however wrong about landmark removals being bad in non landmark match ups... Some of them are bad even in landmark match ups.

  • Noxus be like : "Can we at least get one decent landmark? "

  • A landmark removal that also give you a body, looks solid to me.

  • Am I the only who that this cards is nuts? I mean sure not every deck is going to be able to use it due to it's landmark requirement but for those who do, this is even better than pre-nerf cascade.

  • It's less a 2 mana deny and more of a glimpse beyond that re-summon you unit instead of drawing you 2 cards. Other than that I agree with everything you said.

  • Well, this one came out of nowhere.

  • Quote From Topandito

I will admit I personally would like to see a few less invoke effects. A lot of the issue for me is things like The Immortal Fire or The Great Beyond that basically say to the opposing player "Oh did you not play around this minion that requires you to have two targeted removals just to deal with it alone? That's a shame that I pulled it out of nowhere." I'm fine with the mechanic as a whole otherwise but those select few DO bug me a touch.

Since you mentioned those cards I wanted to ask. Do you guys believe that Spell Shield should last indefinitely unless you pop it off with a spell? or should go away after one turn like barrier?

Some people say that spell shield is fine because barrier is more versatile, I don't agree with this statement because barrier can't protect you from removal that say recall, kill or obliterate.

I think that spell shield seems fair because currently we only have one spell that can give it at burst speed.

  • Right now? I wouldn't say so, but before the nerf to pale cascade and hush? most definitely.

  • with overwhelm it could have been a decent card, but by mana 6 your opponent will have many fearsome blockers.

  • A divination like mechanic? This is my kind of thing.

Also these cards are related to time travel, the only time traveling champions are Ekko and Zilean, the former is from Zaum, and might be our next P&Z champion, the latter is from Icathia a country that was conquered by Shurima in the past, so I guess he's going to be our next Shuriman champion.

  • I really hope that card get's a buff, I mean it's Shyvana's champion spell for god sake.

  • His spell cards cataclysm seems better since it also give him a free attack, also there are better alternatives in other regions, Bilgewater and Shurima both have lot's of cards that gives enemy vulnerable, which count as being challenged, and Ionia has Sonic Wave  who for the same cost as confront gives challenger and +2/+0, plus all those pesky protection spells.

  • I don't think that you can interrupt the rally by killing the target, for that it has to say "give an ally barrier this round to rally", like how Homecoming say "recall an ally to recall enemy".

  • We still don't know how many turn it will take to get the level 3 ascendants, and from the wording I assume Jarvan will level up in deck which mean he will probably be level 2 by the time you play him. And came to think of it, an ascendant Renekton on level 6 is going impossible match up for any champion, not only does his effect activates on attack and block but since he only cost 4 your probably going to have enough mana to cast quicksand.

  • It's no big deal League of legends lore keeps getting updates and rewrites, so it can get pretty confusing.

  • He didn't, Sion did kill a Demacian king but that wasn't Jarvan 3. Jarvan 3 was killed during Sylas rebellion and the identity of his killer is still a mystery. Sion died a long time before that.
