From the look of it, he synergies with both scouts and elites. I like it.

And all these attack reduction will make Shurima a great counter to Lee Sin/Targon decks.

I like it, it's basically a Written in Stars that gives a 3/2 body instead of the 1 mana reduction. 

This mostly accurate except for the Zoe part. The aspect who sealed the Darkin was called Myisha, she was the original aspect of twilight was the one gave Zoe her powers.

This looks strong to me but I doubt that it will see play in aggro since you need to level up a champion first, looks better suited for mid-range decks. I guess we just have to wait and see. 

My guess is that ascendant champions will have an exclusive level 3.
