Hilariously, I don't think Rogue even needed this - but I'm not turning it away.
This feels like it's (1) a rogue card; (2) a very specific anti-combo card. I don't think it replaces Blink Fox though - so I'm not sure how much this is played.

I wonder if this is played outside of the quest.
The idea of somehow playing Hunter with Savage Roar as a hero power is pretty interesting.
But 20 minions is so many minions. A lot of those "double up" minions are going to be necessary.
