Well it’s a Mage card that synergizes with secrets so the 3 mana secret into this is a likely curve. And the lower cost makes it more likely to get an early big tempo play from this than the Substitute

The thing I'm surprised about is that they are adding Pure Pally support now when the other Pure cards will rotate out before this. So unless there are more Pure cards planned this minion might be the only Pure card …

In that case this card is pretty sick! It'd be a late game play, but paired with Wrathscale Naga it could be better than when paired with Juggler, and only one more mana!

Right. I was also thinking in Wild you could do something like play this on a friendly Ragnaros. The silenced 8/8 could then attack as normal and the 4/4 copy gets the Rag shot off.

The Prize Plunderer could be old set call back as it is similar to Spectral Pillager.

If you have a Knife Juggler on board, you only summon 6, so 7 can’t die to get the resummon effect. You could play it on an empty board, trade one, play Juggler, then trade the rest. Still 6 juggles!

Pretty sure it’ll only resummon them once. Otherwise it’d say “continue summoning seven more” or something like that. And I’d assume if you only have six open slots you just over paid for whatever the 5 mana summon 6 Illidari …

Great target for Maxima, and a good addition to Wild DR Hunter decks, or maybe a midrange/control Mech build?!

When we see more cards for this expansion, it might make more sense. Might be more good deathrattle cards for Hunter.

Even if it’s not great immediately in standard it could boost a DR Hunter deck in Wild, or …
