Does anyone know if the beast pool of Deathstalker Rexxar still gets updated every expansion? I believe they mentioned they would stop doing so.

Arena: Maiev Shadowsong is better in most cases as the 1/4 body of Najak Hexxen isn't much of a threat and can easily be dealt with. Best use case for this is to steal a taunt minion so your Najak Hexxen is protected behind it or a deathrattle minion you can kill off yourself in the same turn.

Constructed: In constructed where you can synergize with Najak Hexxen much more easily this becomes much stronger. Silence or bounce him back to your hand and your opponent can say goodbye to his minion.

Arena: Considering that you have significantly more neutrals in your deck than in your average constructed deck and considering that neutrals are generally weaker than class cards, this is more than just a meme in arena. The synergy among those random minions isn't always there, but the same goes for arena in general, and the 2 mana discount on the minions is substantial. Not quite like the new Lady Prestor, but on a lucky day Cera'thine Fleetrunner could be just as strong.

Constructed: Will see play, but only as a meme and for the inevitable achievement.

Arena: Frozen Buckler is almost certainly never the correct pick in your drafts unless you somehow have amazing synergy with armor or Frost spells something among those lines.

Constructed: Slightly more likely that said amazing synergy comes together in a constructed deck, but I highly doubt it. I'm not even sure if this is better than Bring It On!.

Arena: An understatted 3-drop with a questionable upside? No, thanks!

Constructed: I feel like this will be more often used to pull a specific card from your deck than it will be used to kill of a specific deathrattle. However, they're not mutually exclusive so if you can do both at the same time Sacrificial Summoner is suddenly the star of that deck.

Arena: Probably not draftable, otherwise yeah absolutely, draft this! What are you waiting for?

Constructed: The hero power is great of course, but the turn Bru'kan of the Elements comes into play he doesn't do a whole lot to be honest. Not for 8 mana and definitely not when you compare him with Shadowcrafter Scabbs or Lightforged Cariel defense wise. And although the hero power is good, the randomness is a big downside. Not all invocations are equally useful every turn. I hope I'm wrong, but he might just be too slow and too clumsy. Realisticly, he probably will see play at least somewhere.

Arena: Unless you're willing to wait for a while with attacking, which thanks to the stealth is a perfectly reasonable thing to do, this effect is probably going to whiff. So, unless you have some good deathrattles in your deck, this isn't very good.

Constructed: Such a synergistic card! This has got to see play somewhere, whether that's in a tempo deck copying Sneaky Delinquent or in Big Rogue copying a Kobold Illusionist.

Arena: At its worst [Hearthstone Card (Undying  Disciple) Not Found] is a 6/7 taunt that only deals 3 damage when going face and would be quite alright. Due to your opponent getting to decide how he wants to trade into this, it isn't always going to be much more than that, but I imagine it's still annoying to face.

Wild: Long gone are the days where Priests are all about attrition so Awaken the Makers and N'Zoth, the Corruptor do not appear in many lists currently, but along with newer cards like Amulet of Undying I'm certainly going to try if I can make that work again.

Standard: Might be a useful tool to help secure the victory against aggro, but I don't expect it to be a centerpiece of any deck.

Arena: Spirit Lash was perfectly playable and this is straight-up better in many use cases. 1 mana cheaper and you'd prefer to buff the health of one of your minions instead of healing your hero. The downside of this card is that you need a minion of your own on board to pull off this Whirlwind but since this only costs 1 mana that shouldn't be a problem most of the time.

Wild: The Divine Spirit/Inner Fire deck is not a common sight in today's meta, but it's not a terrible deck either. Shadow Word: Devour on its own is not going to gain much popularity for that deck, but I can't imagine this card not being in that deck.

Standard: Might make it into a control version of Shadow Priest. It likely won't fit anywhere else.

Arena: Face damage is not as important as controlling the board, meaning that even Light's Justice without any text is stronger most of the time.

Constructed: This would probably fit best in Token DH as all the tokens can help trigger this honourable kill. At the same time you want to buff the attack as much as possible such that the damage that goes face is substantial, but that would result in less tokens dying which means Ur'zul Giant comes out later. Definitely some negative synergy there and we have to wait and see if that deck is going to be any good at all.

Arena: Takes too long in most games to really benefit from the discount. However, at some point this is still playable for relatively cheap, so definitely decent.

Constructed: I'm not convinced Token DH is going to be any good and that is the main deck Ur'zul Giant would fit in.

Arena: 3/3 is understatted and the deathrattle can feel awkward in so many ways. Playable, but nothing more than that.

Constructed: If a deck pops up that really cares about freeze effects Popsicooler could be in there, but I can't see it get played anywhere else.

Love the flavour of this card!

Arena: Great card in control decks, less useful if you expect to have more board presence than your opponents.

Constructed: Obviously goes into Freeze Shaman and I give Snowball Fight! a slight maybe to see play in other slower decks, but is probably not consistent enough.

    Arena: No, just no!

Constructed: Why would you want to play this? Moonlit Guidance, Guess the Weight, Living Seed (Rank 1), Juicy Psychmelon and more all look similar and better. If Capture Coldtooth Mine sees play it's for a very specific use case.

Constructed: It's a Savage Roar that costs one less and gives one less attack, but lasts 2 turns longer. Savage Roar was sometimes used as a board clear, but most of the times functioned as a finisher. I feel like Field of Strife should be used as both at the same time. It's a board clear in the first turn(s) of the effect and a finisher in the later turn(s) and should be combined with cards like Expendable Performers and Command the Illidari. I guess that's the idea. I'm doubtful it'll work out.

Arena: Probably worse than Savage Roar. That does not make it unplayable, but should only be drafted in a deck that already has some synergy.

Arena: Super duper busted! Pick this every chance you get (if draftable).

Constructed: Opposed to Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Dreadlich Tamsin is more suited for midrange or combo decks. I expect/hope any entirely new archetype will be born out of this and Tamsin's Phylactery whether that's in Wild or Standard.

Arena: Vanish wasn't great because it was anti-tempo in a class that is all about tempo, but Shadowcrafter Scabbs summons 2 4/2 stealthed bodies afterward. That drastically makes up for the tempo loss.

Wild: Don't know if this replaces Valeera the Hollow in Mill decks, but this new hero definitely has a place in there. Other decks might be interested as well as this basically the rogue version of The Amazing Reno except 3 mana cheaper.

Standard: Pretty much mandatory in every deck.

Arena: Pyros is back! Don't underestimate Build a Snowman. Pyros is still a good card and this is even better.

Constructed: Build a Snowbrute and especially Build a Snowgre are unplayable on their own so this would need cards like Clumsy Courier to see any play. Are we finally going to be able to play Big Spell Mage?

Arena: You likely want to play this as a Soul of the Forest type of card with whatever deathrattle you have available. Don't aim for the moon with this one.

Constructed: Different angles are possible with Tamsin's Phylactery. In Wild, it can slot into the already existing Reno and Cube lists, but I feel like that's overabundant. It also has the potential to fit into a zoo list with some specific deathrattles like Darkshire Librarian, Eager Underling, or maybe even Dr. Morrigan.

Yep, I've convinced myself. I'm trying this out with Dr. Morrigan. Don't let your memes be dreams!

EDIT: Or maybe I won't. It's like Darkest Hour but way worse.

Arena: Trash unless you have already drafted a couple frost spells.

Constructed: Probably garbage, but as of now it's too soon to tell. If I'm opening this in a pack I'm still going to try this in Wild alongside Moorabi. It'll probably suck, but that won't stop me.
