Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: My life began under the shadow of a curse. Years ago, my father was the first orc to drink demons' blood, corrupting the Horde.
- Garrosh: They left for war, leaving only those of us who were sick and weak behind.
- Garrosh: It was not until I was much older I learned the truth of his redemption.
Intro
- Garrosh: I don't want to hear it.
- Geyah: Garrosh, I have great news for you.
Exchange
- Garrosh: All your "news" is about the past. I hate it.
- Garrosh: I just don't want to hear about my father and all of his terrible crimes!
- Garrosh: I know that my bloodline is tainted… I can only hurt my people.
- Geyah: Do not make me convince you the hard way.
- Geyah: The past, the ancestors—they are in everything.
- Geyah: You have thin skin for such a strong youth.
- Geyah: That isn't true. Your choices are your own.
Victory
- Garrosh: A great burden has been lifted from my shoulders… Thank you, Thrall.
- Geyah: Enough delaying! Listen to my grandson. He has come a long way.
- Thrall: Garrosh, son of Hellscream, your father lived and died as our greatest hero.
- Thrall: He saved us all by killing the demon Mannoroth and lifting the curse.
Loss
- Geyah: Keep listening and learning. Things will happen for you in good time.
Idle
- Geyah: Our group suffered greatly from the pox, but it was our salvation in the end.
- Geyah: We Mag'har are not green skinned because we never drank the demons' blood.
- Geyah: People only see your father when they look at you, but that will change.
HeroPower
- Geyah: Take a deep breath…
- Geyah: Healing is a process.
- Geyah: Hope grows from within.
EmoteResponse
- Geyah: Sharing your feelings is the best way forward.

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: Thrall invited me to join him as his advisor on the world of Azeroth.
- Garrosh: I knew I was ready to follow in my father's great legacy, but not all of Thrall's other advisors agreed…
Intro
- Garrosh: I am no boy. You weaken the Horde with compromise and capitulation!
- Rehgar: Why do you always undermine my counsel, boy?
- Rehgar: Foolish Mag'har…
Exchange
- Garrosh: And I will not suffer weakness!
- Garrosh: Jealous words from a feeble foe.
- Garrosh: I see the Horde as it should have been—bold and strong.
- Rehgar: I will not tolerate your disrespect!
- Rehgar: Thrall should never have appointed you to advise him. Anyone could see your ignorance!
- Rehgar: You would lead us to senseless war.
Victory
- Garrosh: Think more carefully before you cross me next time.
- Rehgar: You'll pay for your insolence one day…
Loss
- Rehgar: I will ask Thrall to send you back to Draenor where you belong.
Idle
- Rehgar: It isn't you Thrall loves, only the memory of your father.
- Rehgar: We should have you cleaning the peons' boots to learn your place.
- Rehgar: Peace is achieved through negotiation. Even children know that.
HeroPower
- Rehgar: Feel the ground tremble!
- Rehgar: I safeguard the Horde!
- Rehgar: Earth, swallow my enemies!
EmoteResponse
- Rehgar: Is that how you speak to your elders?

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: When the Scourge attacked, I had a chance to prove the strength of my strategy to everyone.
- Garrosh: Thrall sent me to Northrend to lead the Horde Expedition and eliminate our enemies.
Intro
- Garrosh: We will annihilate your kind from the face of this world!
- Zarzhet: I must thank you for bringing these warriors to our ranks…
Exchange
- Garrosh: The Horde will not endure your attacks any longer!
- Garrosh: Soon, your kind will only exist in memory.
- Zarzhet: No, you'll aid us with them.
- Zarzhet: We nerubians are as timeless as rock, and ice, and bone.
Victory
- Garrosh: We have subdued the Scourge and secured our foothold in Northrend.
- Thrall: How goes the expedition, Garrosh?
- Thrall: Well done, my friend. You impress me yet again.
Loss
- Zarzhet: A pity we could not convert you into a death knight…
Idle
- Zarzhet: You're so unconcerned for your peons! You'd make a fine Scourge commander.
- Zarzhet: You have never seen an enemy like the Scourge.
- Zarzhet: Stay here too long, and your heart will grow as cold as this frozen land.
HeroPower
- Zarzhet: Come to us…
- Zarzhet: Be reborn.
- Zarzhet: Death is not the end.
EmoteResponse
- Zarzhet: You are starting to bug me.

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: I returned to Orgrimmar for a hero's welcome. But it was short-lived—soon after, the city was invaded by raging elementals.
- Garrosh: I was ready to fight—to prove my valor yet again.
Intro
- Garrosh: Elemental rifts have opened up around the city. I need to shut them down now!
Exchange
- Garrosh: Thrall has evacuated those who cannot fight. They will be safe.
- Garrosh: Crush these elementals! Drive them from our land!
- Garrosh: Thrall, what could be happening here?
- Thrall: Something has disturbed the elements all over Azeroth… but I know not what.
Victory
- Garrosh: I will not fail you, Warchief.
- Thrall: You have secured the city, Garrosh. Now I must leave to learn the source of this unrest.
- Thrall: In my absence, I am instructing you to lead the Horde.

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: Thrall's advisors had promised to support me, but instead they turned on me the moment the Warchief was gone.
- Garrosh: One of them, Cairne Bloodhoof, was so bold as to challenge me to a Mak'gora… a duel for leadership of the Horde.
Intro
- Garrosh: Have you come to fight me, old bull?
- Cairne: Earth Mother guide my blows…
Exchange
- Garrosh: Well played. It would seem it's just your wits that are slow.
- Garrosh: Hah!
- Garrosh: I think you mean "cowardice." And I do not trust it at all.
- Cairne: You are not so clever as you think.
- Cairne: I fight for more than myself. I fight for the future of the Horde.
- Cairne: I have lived my whole life with honor. You may trust my counsel.
Victory
- Garrosh: The great Cairne Bloodhoof has fallen! Think again before questioning me!
- Garrosh: But wait… wasn't that almost TOO easy?
Loss
- Cairne: Destruction is easy. Creating something that lasts is a true challenge.
Idle
- Cairne: You should learn from your elders, not fight them!
- Cairne: Thrall saw only his fondness for you, not who you truly are.
- Cairne: If only you were as skilled at listening as you are attacking.
HeroPower
- Cairne: Ishne'porah!
- Cairne: For honor!
- Cairne: Respect our ways.
EmoteResponse
- Cairne: I fear we may not find an agreement outside of battle.

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: Magatha aided me in the Mak'gora and stained my honor. In return, she was exiled by the tauren.
- Garrosh: With our united force, I knew the Horde could achieve great things.
- Garrosh: Our first step would be securing our land by eliminating the Alliance at Theramore…
Exchange
- Garrosh: Strike the gates!
- Garrosh: The gates are down! Destroy the Alliance!
- Garrosh: Only your immediate surrender.
- Garrosh: Your "peace" was a pathetic lie!
- Jaina: Are there no terms you would consider?
- Jaina: There is no coming back from this.
Victory
- Jaina: The Horde will pay for this day.
Loss
- Jaina: Thank the Light that Theramore is safe…
Idle
- Jaina: Don't you think Thrall would be ashamed of you for this?
- Jaina: The people of Theramore just want peace.
- Jaina: We both have enough enemies without turning on each other!
HeroPower
- Jaina: For Theramore!
- Jaina: You forced my hand!
- Jaina: I trusted Thrall. Why would you throw that away?
EmoteResponse
- Jaina: If we could just negotiate, this would be much easier.

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: The Alliance were eager for vengeance, but they could not take it so long as we retained our advantage.
- Garrosh: To ensure this, I sought an artifact in Pandaria, the Divine Bell. But the enemy was quick to interfere…
Intro
- Garrosh: With the Divine Bell, I will burn away any remnants of weakness within the Horde's warriors!
- Anduin: Stop, Garrosh! You do not know what that bell is capable of!
Exchange
- Garrosh: Haha… so in the end, it is not Varian, but his whelp who comes to face me.
- Garrosh: You run bravely to your death, young one!
- Garrosh: Stop me then, human.
- Anduin: I will not let you do this. I swear to it!
- Anduin: The mogu made the Divine Bell to create chaos, but the pandaren created a mallet to counter it.
- Anduin: That mallet was hidden for thousands of years, until now.
Victory
- Garrosh: Die, whelp! Your Alliance must be at its end if it's sending children against me.
Loss
- Anduin: For all your efforts, you only destroyed yourself.
Idle
- Anduin: I researched this plan myself. Is it… obvious?
- Anduin: We haven't met before, but uh, I'm Anduin Wrynn!
- Anduin: Honestly, I'm just trying to help you. The sha are dangerous.
HeroPower
- Anduin: Let harmony ring out!
- Anduin: A new song is born.
- Anduin: This melody will heal you.
EmoteResponse
- Anduin: How did you become so misguided?

Quote From Out of Cards PreMission
- Garrosh: With great effort, I located another, superior artifact: the Heart of Y'Shaarj. But traitors within the Horde feared my power.
- Garrosh: Warriors who should have served me instead turned to Thrall, begging him to return.
Intro
- Garrosh: You betrayed our people by leaving them. And now you betray me!
- Thrall: It is not too late, Garrosh. Lay down the mantle of Warchief, and we can end this here.
Exchange
- Garrosh: My dark shaman have twisted the elements. They cannot hear you now.
- Garrosh: Anger. Hatred. Fear! They are the weapons of war—the tools of a Warchief!
- Garrosh: Yes… I can see the future of this world… A world ruled by the Horde… MY Horde.
- Garrosh: The old one calls to you.
- Thrall: Spirits of the wind, the earth, the water, hear my call! Come to my aid!
- Thrall: I must correct the mistake I made long ago…
Victory
- Garrosh: I struck him down, and the former Warchief of the Horde lay stunned in the dust.
- Garrosh: Thrall's adventurers overwhelmed me and made me their captive… for a time.
- Garrosh: But I showed them all what it means to find glory on the battlefield… to be an orc and a warrior… and to be called HELLSCREAM!
Loss
- Thrall: I had such dreams for you, Garrosh. Now I must bury them…
Idle
- Thrall: I am never powerless. And never alone.
- Thrall: I wish you could see that there are many ways to be strong.
- Thrall: At least Geyah will not know how far you fell…
HeroPower
- Thrall: For Doomhammer!
- Thrall: You are unworthy!
- Thrall: Blood and Thunder!
EmoteResponse
- Thrall: It pains me to hear you speak like this.
Comments
So, the final fight in this could have been way cooler if the deck they give you wasn't total trash. I have enjoyed this one the least, even though it is the only one thus far with any level of challenge to it.
I will enjoy beating down Anduin.
Maybe I missed this in the article, but any clue which of the portraits is the new collectible hero skin? I assume the far left one.
Correct, Nagrand Garrosh is the bundle skin.
Am I the only one who really does not enjoy the singleplayer content released in Scholomance?
Leftmost Garrosh looks pretty dashing, reminds me of Triple H before he went overboard with the juice.
when it will be released?
We do not yet have a release date confirmed by Blizzard.
That deck vs thrall at the end looks like TRASH.
The story actually ends before the start of the Iron Horde saga? I guess it would be difficult to cover his entire story since its so long, not least by the fact that it ends in his death.
Spoilers?! :kappa:
Well it makes sense it doesnt go that far we could need like an extra 4ish battles and not to mention he would have to lose the last one or maybe win and then be like "oh but he actually struck me down ha ha whoopes"
Garrosh on his way to live a normal life then become a megalomaniac fight everyone and then die in an alternate dimension
I like it
