This deck isn't focused on racing your opponent. Quite the opposite, this deck slows the game down by developing one batch of threats after another, forcing the opponent to deal with them. After your opponent wastes resources on the earlier threats or can no longer effectively deal with your board, you can unleash a Call of the Wild or a Nagrand Slam; you can Unleash the Beast too if you want. Lastly, you have Zul'jin to remind your opponent that these problems aren't over.

Although Subject 9 does provide a bit more consistency, it isn't required for the deck to be successful since the deck naturally draws into the secrets pretty consistently already. If you want to save yourself some dust, consider Tracking or Revenge of the Wild instead.
