We Don't Need No Minions Quest Mage

On Father's Day, we wanted to play with Dadgar, I mean Khadgar, so we made this No Minion Quest Mage! It's a fairly typical No Minion Mage build with the payoff cards, Font of Power and Apexis Blast, but we made sure to include Raid the Sky Temple to make the memes stronger, as well as cover No Minion Mage's biggest weakness, running out of value.

We chose not to include stall cards such as Frost Nova and Blizzard because the deck list was already tight, but also because we can often generate them from Magic Trick, Evocation, or the Quest reward (as the quest is completed surprisingly quickly!).

Going into it, I thought this deck would have a typical meme deck winrate (around 40%), but we actually had an 80% winrate (out of 5 games, so a very small sample size, and I imagine it will drop much closer to 50% with more play). So, if you're looking for a different way to play Mage, you might try this out!
