Hearthstone
Welcome to the Hearthstone realm!
Why build a wall when you can summon one? N'Zoth, God of the Deep is a fun challenge to build around, but one thing we really wanted to try with him was to build a Menagerie Taunt Warrior! Since Armagedillo joined the game, I've always wanted to get Taunt Warrior to work, and this deck feels pretty good... We did end up tweaking it a bit later on (removing an Evasive Drakonid for a Circus Amalgam), but this version also led to some awesome highlights!
In the early game, the deck plays like any other Control Warrior, but it gradually shifts into a Taunt/Armor gain and hand buff deck (swinging Ringmaster's Baton with just one target in hand is still fine), with a potentially massive N'Zoth board as the finisher. If N'Zoth isn't enough to finish the opponent, Galakrond, the Unbreakable's hero power can help push the final damage.
With Sword Eater (Pirate), Scrap Golem (Mech), Armagedillo (Beast), Evasive Drakonid (Dragon), and Scrapyard Colossus (Elemental), N'Zoth can summon 5 Taunts at once. If you swap in a Circus Amalgam (All) for an Evasive Drakonid, he could summon a full board, but even after the swap, we had difficulty getting to a completely full board. However, there were several games where we summoned 5 Taunts, and that overwhelmed opponents. :D
If you'd like to see the deck in action, check out the gameplay highlight at https://youtu.be/3wcfRJlt_wQ or the link below. Have fun experimenting!
