WELCOME!

I realized that Plague of Flames can be sick when combined with Rafaam's Scheme. It's like 4-Mana mini-Twisting Nether when you think of this combo. So, feel free to look around and witness the power of Baku Highlander Warlock.

HOW TO PLAY?

To understand how Baku Highlander Warlock works, let's check Krul:

  • Krul the UnshackledHe is the core of the deck. Building around Highlander strategy requires him to activate his ability. In case you don't know, Highlander decks have one copy of each card, just like Reno decks. In fact, all "30 different card decks" are Highlander decks, and Reno decks are sub-deck of Highlander decks.

Aside from Krul, rest of the cards look self-explanatory but I will explain some of them anyway:

MISSING CARDS?

ANYTHING IN NEED?

That's all for this deck. If you have any questions, ask me right away. Have fun in Wild format!

  • Personally, i prefer the deck without arch-villian as the wild legendary pool is pretty polluted with trash cards. Adding another 1 drop would be beneficial at making the deck less top heavy, other than that it looks like a load of fun. Great job!

    • You are right. However, I use him because of his Taunt and late-game potential after Krul besides Elysiana. Maybe I should remove him in favor of good Demon such as Imp Gang Boss and Nightmare Amalgam.

  • I feel like Whitemane is a bit useless here. She only revives stuff that died on the turn you play her, so to get value you'd have to trade stuff. However if you play Krul and all your demons did survive a turn...why not just smorc? With Malganis and siegebreaker, plus other big stuff, you'd have lethal easily. Sure, you can use her on other turns just to revive 1 or 2 minions you played before, but if you only included her for resurrecting after krul, she is a bit pointless.

    • When you are ahead, your statement is correct. Otherwise, when you are behind, trading off minions and playing her afterwards makes sense. I believe I should cut out Whitemane for something good because conditional resurrections aren't that good when you think about it. Thanks for the feedback.

  • I feel like adding Skull of the Man'ari would be a big help to the deck.

    • Maybe you are right. However, if Skull hits Krul, that's another story.
