The plan is simple. Buff your devine shield minions and have control on the board by value trading with the divine shield minions. You want to mulligan for early tempo and cheap handbuff cards. Filling your hand with cheap minions with first day of school into handbuff from the weapon or Alliance Bannerman is also a really good combo.

Later in the game, you have the Cornelius Roame and Varian, King of Stormwind to refill your hand. Cornelius has a larger chanse of surviving in this deck beacuse it will most likely be handbuffed and you should be able to have the control on the board. Another bonus with this deck is that Varian has the chanse of drawing 3 cards and getting all of the affects if you havent alreaddy drawn all the cards naterually. 

Conviction is also a key-card to this deck. If you alreaddy have a minion on board you can use First Blade of Wrynn or Cariel roame together with Conviction to get extra attack and value trade with divine shield with the rush minion.
