Mill your opponent to death!

This is my take on a "classic" Rogue-like Mill Shaman using Coldlight Oracles and shuffling mechanics. Essential cards of this deck:

Your goal is to complete Corrupt the Waters as fast as possible in order to capitalize off of Heart of Vir'naal. As soon as you have most of the cards in your hand you need in order to survive and refill your deck, you can start milling your opponent (even if you mill yourself).

Your main combos:

1. Heart of Vir'naal + Coldlight Oracle + Augmented Elekk + Baleful Banker (10 Mana)
2. Heart of Vir'naal + Coldlight Oracle + Baleful Banker (7 Mana)
3. Heart of Vir'naal + Baleful Banker + Baleful Banker (6 Mana)

Which cards exactly you shuffle with Baleful Banker and Augmented Elekk depends mainly on the situation. Instead of going for pure mill you can also shuffle some of the tech cards which are explained in more detail below. Additionaly, Bog Slosher and Zola the Gorgon can bounce those mill and / or tech cards back to your hand for even more value.
