I think people are sleeping on Conviction, Flurry, and Thorngrowth Sentries. Other very strong cards that didn't slot into categories here are Sword of the Fallen, Wicked Stab, Kabal Outfitter, and Blademaster Samuro. Also, forget about his wife, where is Mankrik on this list?! I expect that card to be thrown into 90% of decks.
As a Wild-only player, I'm quite disappointed with this expansion, as it literally brings nothing to Wild, except of even more aggro cards.
Soul Rend will likely turn out to be Barren's winner of the 'Lady Liadrin Reveal' Award since its obviously a complete trash of a card before Neeru Fireblade was revealed, because let's be honest, this card will never see play without some sort of Neeru shenanigans involved. It'll likely be one of the key cards of this kind of deck, since you can just tutor Neeru out with Free Admission and then proceed to burn the shit out of your deck, and destroy your opponent's board in the process.
Aside from Refreshing Spring Water, I pretty much agree with the top listed. Guff Runetotem should be in top 10 in my opinion.
Soul Rend has been voted before seeing the new archetype, i assume that now all the cards are being revelead it would not have a that bad note. That said, i still think it's a bad card since the archetype doesn't seems to work really good for now.
Warlock's destroy your own deck archetype seems bad from the outset. Been wrong before though will be interesting to see what deck builders come up with.
So from class highlights, DH got the worst batch of cards, on average. Team 5 clearly didn't want DH rampaging all over standard like it did last year same time.
3/5 Magma Rager Award are caravans... And I'm totally agree.
I think that people are overestimating Scabbs Cutterbutter and Xyrella, Refreshing Spring Water and Mordresh Fire Eye are sightly better cards IMO, mage will be nuts that set.
Have to agree on Scabbs, a score this high was quite surprising to me. I'm bad at playing Rogue though so my opinion should not be trusted.
Love how half of the magma rager cards are caravans. Blizzard really brought some new flavours into this rework :D
