Could be interesting filler for Arena, but there's no way this sees constructed play ever.
0-attack minions need to be really useful to justify playing and this just isn't. Most of the Adventurer's are pretty subpar in terms of efficiency so there's really no point in gambling for them, even in a deck that can actually use them efficiently (like Handbuffs for example)
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This seems the best of the adventurer cards, but even then it isn't great. Sure, it ensures a playable card for the next turn, but you might not want to play the one you get. This is also the only one of the cards that can continue to generate value.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Below average. It's a bit reminiscent of the caravans that are supposed to be good when you play them on curve, but still feel underwhelming. Only the Divine Shield adventurer is worth it. Sure, it can give you more than one adventurer and that is decent value, but those chances aren't high enough to warrant a spot in your deck. There are more than enough 1-drops that you'd rather play over this and that are not as punishing to play when played later than turn 1.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Doesn't seem bad, cheap and gives you instant value
It's not great, and I think it suffers from the adventurers not being that remarkable. If it survives to give more than one adventurer, it still doesn't scale that well. 3 mana for a 2/4, 5 mana for a 4/6, etc. These are not great statlines, and unlike lackeys they don't synergise with other mechanics. I don't think this ever sees play.
This post is discussing the wild format.
Better than caravans since it guarantees you at least one adventurer. We'll need to see how good those guys are.

Hmm interesting card. I like the flavor of it though. It's kinda remeniscent of EVIL Totem, but it gives adventurers instead. Which are basicly worse lackeys. Hmm i feel like some decks MIGHT experiment with it, but outside of that i feel like were going to see it mostly in arena.
Man i wish we got some kind of build around card for adventurers. Just something that makes us WANT to play adventurers, something like Kargal Battlescar. Just some kind of reward for playing adventurers.. :P
I feel like we might get some kind of Adventurer Synergy in the future though. Seems weird if there going to give us this mechanic only to never support it. (Even though they have done similar things in the past, hello freeze shaman.) If were going to see adventurer synergy it's probably in another mini set this year.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Interesting. Won't see play in Standard, but Arena will love this card. Reminds me a lot of EVIL Totem.
Probly not good enough for a deck slot
I'm fairly sure cards like this have never been good.
I like the idea. 1 drop that gives you a next turn play. I just don't see it fitting anywhere. It can attack so nice with druid/paladin buffs but I don't think you run this over other one drops or even First Day of School. It just doesn't compete.

Lol, team5 blew it by not making this either a totem or a watchpost.
Like really. Why not? Had this been a totem it might actually bring back totem shaman unironically. But it just had to be a stone, eh blizz?
On its own, its not remarkable, but serviceable. Unfortunately, to be in constructed you'll simply have to do better than that.
1 mana 0/2 need to be immediately removed minion + 2/2 with random keyword. This is good value and great card to get from First Day of School

I think this one is decent - sure not the best one but this could work pretty well in Zoo-ish decks and i think also works as some sort of Soft Taunt because if it isn't removed it still gives you pretty decent value.
