We've got a new Mage Legendary card revealed for Voyage to the Sunken City by Hupu.com - Commander Sivara!
Update - It has been confirmed that, if you cast more than 3 spells while Commander Sivara is in your hand, it will always add the first 3 you cast.
While we were waiting for the official translation, we previously named this card "Fluffy Mage Naga".
Quote From Gallon If I cast six spells, which spells can I get? The first three or the last three or six spells?
Celestalon - I *think* first 3. But I am not at work to double check.
Gallon - Yep!

So glad Mask of C'Thun is rotating.
i see infinity turns in wild quest mage
From the current cards the only use for this would be tempo and burn value getting 3 of your damage spells back is big.
I wonder if it remembers the order of spells played or if it's just random once you go past 3.
Sounds good though, can think of a bunch of spells I'd like more copies of and you can tutor it with the naga dude
Might be a bad assumption but it looks like its Abyssal Commander Sivara who was the first boss in Eternal Palace(aka the Azshara Raid in WoW). Makes me wonder since We've seen both the first boss and the second boss(Blackwater Behemoth) if most of the other bosses will also be made into cards. Since it does look like one of the last reveals to be Zaqul's shoulders.
What if you cast five spells. Will it return random 3, last 3, nothing because you cast not exactly 3 spells?
I assume it works like Star Aligner and it's implied "at least 3". So if you cast 5 spells, you get 5 back, assuming you have hand space.
I assume it would cast the 1st 3. More than that might be too much.
If it was more than 3 it would say get back all spells cast while this was in your hand
Wild quest mage - coin abuse, naga tutor
Reminds me a lot of Hex Lord Malacrass. I'm not sure if the effect is stronger or not - the greater control is in competition with the fact you didn't need to worry much about when you drew Malacrass. So the biggest difference is that this costs 4 instead of 8, which is obviously a big deal. So it has got more hope than Malacrass did, though I don't recall him having any meta presence so who knows if that means much.
Oh, and I guess this confirms Azshara will be neutral, which is nice for the non-mage Azshara fans out there.
Of course, team5 can't help themselves but print something like this. Oh well, at least this card costs 4, while mozaki, Incanter's Flow and Cram Session are rotating, thank god.
The only significant thing I can see from this card is either returning big spells, like Rune of the Archmage, or generating more Wildfires. Both are fairly scary, but this card doesn't necessarily allow you to choose what comes back, since it (assumingly) will return the first three spells it remembers while in your hand.
Its a mixed bag for me. On the one hand this can easily be one of the best cards in mage so far, or its simply too inconsistent to ever be good.
Also, I wasn't aware that nagas can actually look like spider ladies. I thought the physiology is almost always snake like.
They started introducing lobster centuar nagas in BFA where I'm assuming this is actually just the first boss of the Aszhara Raid
You don't see much of her, but you can see a spider (crab?) like naga in this BfA cinematic: Rise of Azshara cinematic.
Carcinization (the evolution of a crab form) is a known phenomenon in Earth biology, so perhaps in Azeroth biology as well.
