Literally Explorer's Hat.
Granted, it's better in Paladin than it is in Hunter, but it's still literally just Explorer's Hat.
Infinite free buffs are pretty nice.
You can make it cost 0 which is quite good.
The chaining of those over trades or getting like 5 of those with Lady Liadrin is what makes this card good.
Explorer's Hat with a bonus that it can be reduced is quite potent I think Explorer's Hat is better in paladin anyway.
Does this keep the cost reduction after its Deathrattle?
Nope, you can make it cost 0 mana.
By The Holy Light!
This is actually amazing.
Back in the day I played Explorer's Hat quite a bit and despite it being slow and usually not worth running, having access to an infinitely recycling +1/+1 is pretty nice.
This is even better because it will eventually cost 0 and you can get a bunch of them off of Liadrin, which means you basically have enough fuel to win the topdeck war against anyone who doesn't run silence (in which case you should just spread them out so you don't lose them all at once).
I have no idea how strong this is going to be and it might not work out as planned in the end, but damn, it looks like a lot of fun and I'll be happy to try it.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
The minions in question specify "this game", so Yes, new copies of Libram of Wisdom will keep their cost reduction
I doubt it will keep it's reduced cost, because it doesn't say "add a copy of it to your hand", but "add Libram of Wisdom" to your hand - so, it's like a whole new card - without any procs, buffs, nerfs, etc.
I like it, but I am not sure about it's viability, since you always need to spend those 2 mana in order to play it.

So, yes, exactly Explorer's Hat. But this one includes the word "spell" for some reason. Like, what else would it be?

So this is the Liadrin combo, might be slow though.
I came here to say that - so I guess I'll rephrase instead : Déjà-vu
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
This card fits into an aggressive version of pure paladin. Compared to Explorer's Hat, the paladin can always create a dude as target for this spell.
This has possibilities of either becoming an 0 cost +1+1 to any minion, or just plain bad by spiking your Lady Liadrin with a bunch of useless spells when you obviously need something better.
I'll pass. Top decking this will be the worst feeling you will ever get in your life.
This is an amazing card. Looking forward to also memeing with it in wild with that rastakhan rumble card. (That minion with the Kingsbane effect)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Good card to buff your minions and if they are not silenced return this to your hand. It's not an outstanding effect but could definitely give some advantage.
It's like Explorer's Hat, but better! One cost reduction and this will allow for some nice value trades to get to the mid- and lategame.
Not the most exciting Libram, but they can't all be super powerful.
A better Explorer's Hat since it can be free and we can have multiple copies thanks the leggendary. It's worty a spot in a deck with "libram pack"
combo with truthseeker this is a freebie so combined with Lady Liadrin this is going to be an op explorer's hat.
Assuming that this can be made free without too much trouble, this card is probably fairly good with minons that have rush or care about being buffed. Not really seeing how this aligns with the other two librams though. Probably the core card of any deck that runs libram synergy.
This post is discussing the wild format.
Get ready for mass production of this card. So flexible, definitely playable.
This card isn't very good by itself, but if you are already playing the Libram package then I guess you might as well?
Carrion, my wayward grub.
it's not the most powerful spell, but at 0 mana this can help activate effects like Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Questing Adventurer, Mana Addict, or used to activate the last Kaleidosaur
Nice art, but nothing else to see here.
If Explorers have a hat, Librarians have books
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
Honestly think you’d probably want to hold onto it until after you’ve played the legendary, else you’ll get your hand filled with a bunch of them instead of any better cards.
Who knows though, maybe summoning a 4/4 or 5/5 recruit each turn is enough on its own
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
Not amazing on its own, but the option to both reduce its cost and fill your hand with them through Liadrin can make for some late game power swings.
The weakest of the Librams, I believe. It's not bad but not amazing, even when considering it eventually costing 0 mana and having access to mupliple copies.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Basically explorer’s hat, just for paladin, so not bad.
