I hate thief priests of all things. Their dumb copy effects are magnetized to all of my best cards (Isn't that always the story though?) Played this priest with my Explore Un'Goro Control Warrior. They copied not only my Dr. Boom hero, but also my Elysiana. Luckily I was able to swap decks with them and win anyway, but still. Also had a priest just today that copied my Jaina dk and had to play against that all game while I never drew my own (Was somewhere in the last 4 cards or so). Also won that, but still annoying as hell.
Also for a throwback, I really hated control priest back in the day when Entomb first came out, for similar reasons as Thief Priest. 8/10 times the strat was legit to simply not play your big minions like N'Zoth or Tirion because you just made your opponent's plays better if they had it.
I want to ask for more feedback for my card. What did you vote and why? What could I have done better? And what should I do better next time?
In the interest of honesty I gave the card a three, although it could have been a four I suppose. There's nothing inherently wrong with the card, I would say, but I didn't find it particularly novel or exciting. It's alright, in just about every aspect. Alright flavor, alright balance (maybe a little strong), and alright creativity. I imagine some would find it un-fun, though, as I said originally, so that might have hurt the vote.
Thinking back I noticed I've been pretty harsh in my votes lately. Something I need to think about/fix on my end.
Honestly, a lot of people vote way, WAY too harshly in here. It came to a point where I’m hesitant to rate cards at all, because my ratings just plummet relative to the ratings I give other cards.
That being said, a pleasant surprise to be in the finals, GL to everyone!
Good luck to all of the finalists, Will of Nature is my favorite.

My card:
Show Spoiler
I voted it 2 stats because of its similarity with Recycle. I'm pretty sure you didn't think (or even know) of this card, but the two being virtually identical was the deal breaker for me (and I guess for many people as well). Other than that, I would've voted it 5 stars or maybe 4, because the flavor was pretty good.
I wanted to tell you this in the feedback round, but I skipped you by mistake in my first feedback post, and you had already submitted in the second one :c
In the current met, aside from Res Priest (my most hated deck, bar none), I'm getting annoyed with scam mages and highlander mages.
Specifically, I hate they are relying too heavily on scamming their opponent with Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron. Doesn't matter if they are ahead on board or if they are behind on board, come turn 6 jam box. I dislike casino matches.
Probably Odd warrior. I always really hated that deck. After it became a meta deck in standard I almost always laddered with decks with a very strong matchup against it like shudderwock shaman and deathrattle hunter (two of my favorite decks ever). Even though I farmed them it was still incredibly boring and tedious. The deck was super polarized too, it farmed aggro and midrange decks and completely folded to any deck with a win condition or a board that couldn't be cleared with one card.
I just hate control decks with no win condition other than you have no resources / fatigue. Odd warrior felt the worst of all because it barely played for the board and was just full of removal and carried by hero power. Mind blast priest in year of the raven or bomb warrior, or even control warrior with the taunt package from Uldum, are good examples of what a control deck should be like. A deck that has to play on the board and make trades, runs early game cards, and has a win con for the late game.
I don't think i hate any of the decks in the current standard meta.
Shadowjeweler Hanar is imo the best Legendary of this Xpac. It's everything that you'd want from a Rogue Legendary: versatile and fun!
If you really wanna build a Secret-Rogue, I'd suggest to put in a Galakrond Package and to craft at least 1 Togwaggle's Scheme. Shuffling 5 or more Hanars usually crushes every slow Deck.
I'm a Control Player, so I practically dislike all Combo Decks. You pack your Deck full with Answers and Late Game Bombs just to lose because you didn't draw your Techs.
„Haha! Look at all my AoE, Resource Generation and Healing!"
I despise Murlocs in all forms, but especially Murloc Paladin. My reasons are two-fold:
Murlocs embody aggressive/Aggro techniques, and as a Mid-range/Control player I don't like such decks.
Murlocs being a Paladin thing is frankly insulting. They have nothing to do with Paladins thematically; Murloc Knight was a one-off joke that has gone way too far. Dragons make more sense, Mechs make more sense: stick with them, please, and finally ditch these stupid fish bastards.
Edit: It upsets me a lot that Murloc Paladin is doing fine, whereas an actually interesting archetype like Libram Paladin is such a failure.

Big priest will always be my archenemy. Cheating big minions is frustrating, plus Archmage Vargoth is a card that shouldn't exist in Hs. He creates only problems.
So we all have those decks that everyone seem to hate, Face Hunter, Pirate Warrior, Secret Mage, Big Priest, Control warrior.. but what is your most unreasonable dislike of a deck. Think of deck that other people seem to love, but you can't stand.
For me, it's Burglar Rogue, thief rogue call it whatever you want, but no deck in the game frustrates me as much as this one. Maybe it is the weapon? Or maybe it's the asspulling of answers that annoys me, who knows..
Hearthstone game state is in such a strange place. You are mostly focused on swing turns rather than interacting with the board, its almost like if you cant answer a treat from a Evolve Shaman or Spell Druid you are dead. There is so much mana cheating in the game right now it's crazy. I left HS for Magic about a 1.5 years ago and have really enjoyed it.
You actually also see all the mana cheating in Magic Arena atm with Bant and Fire decks. Magic is a very complex and rewarding game, however current games really come down to who draws 3eferi, mystical dispute, spiral growth, uro, ECD. They need to create more space for mid-range decks to play the mutate concept.
I started playing Runeterra a week ago and have been grinding with Elusive deck F2P. I really enjoy all the board interactions that can take place. When to trade, when you play cards, when to hold mana and when to rally. The challenger/rally concept are my favorite mechanics.
I think right now I play a mix of all three games.
Grind Runeterra into some Magic historic events and then splash some Battlegrounds.
Good luck to everyone who submitted, and an extra shot of lock to whoever submitted Impflicting Pain. That's a far more interesting, less swing-y card than my Impvasion!
That was me, thank you very much :-)
Good luck to the finalists, I'm glad almost all my favorites made it. Really a lot of great ideas this week!
I've been playing quest mage today to learn the deck and see for myself just how broken it is. I've never been a fan of it myself, and have rarely played the archetype. But the current form of it is just ridiculously easy to pull off. The biggest problem is the mana cheat. You end up casting so many spells for 0 mana, which can alone end up completing your quest. I was thinking about it today on what could be done to slow down the quest completion, but also not just completely kill the OTK potential. It is healthy to have OTK decks in the meta, but the random spell generation and low cost spells have been pushed in Mage to the max for too long, and has made this Quest just way too easy to complete. I think the best option would be to make it so spells that cost 0 do not count towards quest progression. That way, only spells you spend mana on would count towards your quest. This would also eliminate The Coin being such a huge benefit.
(I have debated making it for spells that cost 2 or more just because of the amount of 1-cost spells that mage has, but I think starting with just removing the 0-cost spells should be enough to slow it down to an acceptable power level.)
This also leaves Sorcerer's Apprentice untouched. As much as I hate this card, it is actually perfectly fine. If this card was touched, it would break way too many Mage decks. Any nerfs need to be directed towards the Quest itself, and the Giants. My proposed nerf makes Sorcerer's Apprentice less powerful in the deck, since it would make all your 1-cost spells not count towards your quest.
Show Spoiler
I also agree with Lyra that the cost of Mana Giant needs to be increased. I agree that it should start at 12-mana just like Arcane Giant.
Show Spoiler
These two nerfs should slow down the speed of the OTK, while not completely destroying the archetype. This will allow for a less polarized meta that Quest Mage could still be a part of, without being a Tier-S deck.
The change you suggested for Open the Waygate feels weird and frankly, not very realistic. But I do like the idea. I think a better change would be to make it say "spend 15 (or so) mana on spells that didn't start in your deck" instead.
That's a really good idea. It would force the archetype into a slower OTK that is focused on spending mana on the spells it generates, instead of just playing the cheapest spells possible.
What the right amount of mana to be as the quest requirement is an interesting debate. I think 15 mana might be too little. But since you are dependent on what random spells you generate, you could easily get screwed over by a hand of low cost spells. I think at 15 mana, this could still end up getting completed by turn 6-7. Maybe 20-25?
Thanks for the explanation, Xarkkal. I'm certainly not new to the game but these details still sometimes elude me. I was thinking about the Card Design Competition about the Taunt Warrior deck where somebody had an idea for a card that gave all minions in their hand taunt, but that wouldn't count towards Fire Plume's Heart. Looks like that's a different thing than discounting spells for Open the Waygate.
Anyway... I like KANSAS idea best so far. Apprentice is a centerpiece card for mage and a key and iconic part of its identity imho. I would hate to see that one nerfed. Flamewaker surely is a big part of the problem but not really to blame either. I could live with him only hitting enemy minions which could help keep the potential face damage in check, though. Not sure about the giants yet... So the quest itself is the obvious target and reworking the condition feels more fair than tuning down the reward in this case. I really like KANSAS solution for those reasons.

How to fix Demon Hunter:
Twin Slice: Nerf to 1 mana while keeping Second Slice at 0 mana. It's not a twinspell!
Chaos Strike: Nerf to 3 mana.
Skull of Gul'dan: Nerf mana discount to 2 mana.
Priestess of Fury: Nerf health to 5.
Altruis the Outcast: Nerf ability to only damage minions.

Edwin VanCleef is a good Card, but if you're on a Budget, I'd say Heistbaron Togwaggle has a higher Priority, followed up by Flik Skyshiv.

lee sin barrier bug?
Can confirm, had the same bug. Apparently Lee's passive doesn't get triggered when in-combat spells are resolved.

I got legend with Highlander Rogue, and I personally liked the stealth package more than the secrets package:
