  • Colossus of the Moon

    Actually decent for big shaman

  • New Neutral Minion - Colossus of the Moon

i'm actually worried about this card being in big priest, i feel like sticky minion like this is way too powerful in that deck

  • New Neutral Minion - Colossus of the Moon

So mage can now get the most annoying to kill minion ever from Conjurer's Calling on a sea giant.

big shaman also sound nice eureka this or muck murpher and you got a big dude that refuses to die you put [Hearthstone Card (ancestral healing/card] on it and it got taunt too as well as if he got reborn you restore it to full.

dies to hard removal only basically cheating this guy out is huge… maybe big priest would want this by how sticky the minion is to remove and revive constantly.

I guess this is the bad legendary of the set? Sure it might be a good addition to some pools like Conjurer's Calling but it's not a card you ever want to put in your deck.

Pretty hard to kill, reminds me of that 2/14 divine shield taunt, but then again.....10-mana Legendary that doesn't really DO anything......

Same sentiments. The 2/14 might actually be better because of the taunt

  • Very OP deck in the latest tavern brawl

While the evolution idea is quite interessting, I thought beforehand, we'd get random decks. With truly random decks, it would model evolution far better.

But didn't it start with fully random decks? And someone just highrolled this thing? I guess they base their decks around some archetypes, like the factions from a dungeon run, that's how the deck got so good so fast?

Not sure, when I started to play, that mercenary deck was everywhere already. But my first deck was pretty random (aka super bad).

Oh Razor, I'm afraid you've got a little bit of competition in that front.

I like how the devs are finally making use of the sleep mechanic (I have seen this being done in fan-made cards). The card is bad though, because for +1/+1 stats over a vanilla statted body you might get a minion, which won't attack for 2 or more turns and you will lose tempo because of it. This is why I have a hard time seeing this being used even in arena.

For sure not a very good minion, on average it will probably not do more than 3 damage before dying for the price of4 mana.

    Big shaman laughts.

Imagine getting this on turn 5-6.

rogue didnt get board clear, warrior already has so many removal, so i dont think they should have printed this...

more and more removal for warrior :/

Well it's a plague and every villain class gets one.

  • Three Uldum Card Reveals - Hearthside Chat

Henchman is another good card for Silence Priest, so will be interesting to see if that picks up speed.

  • Three Uldum Card Reveals - Hearthside Chat

I don't think it is op... Only removes damaged minions, which means it is a 2 card board clear, similar to the equality + consecration of old and with whirlwind comes out at 6 mana, or 7 mana if you use warpath. I doubt we would see warrior play whirlwind, so let's say 7 mana. a 2 card 7 mana board clear isn't that huge.

  • New Neutral Minion - Sunstruck Henchman

I like it! A very good downside compared to the overstated bad cards we’ve seen in the past (I.e. Soldier of Fortune, Hoarding DragonTicking Abomination) I also like this introduction of sleep as a status effect rather than just freezing. I would like to see other cards in the future that could make minions “Sleep”

  • New Neutral Minion - Colossus of the Moon

This should have been a common minion, there is nothing legendary about it.

And yes, this is a buff for conjurer's mage.

Slight update needed- recent patch  changed how multi-targetting cards (Multi-Shot , Cleave) works;  made them playable with one minion only.

True, totally forgot about that! Will update, thanks for the heads up.

Maybe this is new 5 mana AoE is a sign of Brawl moving towards the HoF

  • New Neutral Minion - Colossus of the Moon

Very annoying to deal with since the only hard removal that would work are transform effects if you wanted to get rid of this thing for good. The only question is, “Is it good enough?” if you just play this card without cheating it out unless your opponent is in a losing position, he might go face instead and ignore it.

  • What triggers for you the decision to buy an expansion?

The biggest factor for me is how much gold I've saved to buy packs - if I don't have at least 5K (50 packs) I'll just buy the smaller bundle. Otherwise you start so far behind you'll miss out on at least a few of the more fun decks that I don't have the dust to craft since I never just buy packs normally. Bought RoU since I spent so much gold on the Heist wings, so if what I saw about the PvE being the same way this time around I guess I'll be buying the next expansion as well.

  • Three Uldum Card Reveals - Hearthside Chat

Video was a little cringe but two of the cards look like fun even if the big mummy is kinda bad... should still be fun though.

  • Uldum Card Reveal - Generous Mummy

  • New Neutral Minion - Sunstruck Henchman

Well that's kind of a new mechanic. Interesting.

  • Three Uldum Card Reveals - Hearthside Chat

The Plague is weirdly anti-synergistic with Bloodsworn Mercenary.

  • New Neutral Minion - Colossus of the Moon

It might be big and hard to kill, but it's just a boring pile of stats. Reminds me of Tyrantus in this regard.

[edit] I really hope I don't open this from a pack. The only good thing about it is that it can be summoned from Conjurer's Calling like AliRadicali said:

Pretty sweet card to get off of conjurer's calling, especially in a mage mirror. Imagine how many mountain giants this can chew through and still be conjured into something new.
