I went on a Runeterra expedition with 7 wins on first run and I stopped with only 1 win during the second run (I read it was pointless to continue).

Somehow I only got 300XP  (I expected 2000XP for 7 wins) and then I got the capsule and shards.

What did I do wrong ? Was it a mistake to start the 2nd run ? Or did they lower the XP gain to 300 for 7 wins ?

Does anyone know how to open up different clients with different accounts on the same computer?

Basically, I want to play with 2 accounts on the same computer at the same time.

So minor spoilers ahead.

What happened to the villains? We know lazul died to summon her old god, but what about the rest? George was redeemed, Rakinishu became a dragon thing, Kriziki died (I think if not she probably flew away), dragon killer guy died (I think), Eudora fled (or bailed when it went down). That's all I can remember off the top of my head so what happened to everyone else like Togwaggle, Hagatha, and Boom? Did they all die or something or did they flee like Eudora? And why did Boom do pretty much nothing the entire expansion?

Been testing out Fiora and although she can be quite tricky to pilot at times, I find her very rewarding to play imo :)

What do you think the best version(s) of the deck are at the moment?

 so I started to play open play EXPS for the XP but i having such a  hard time against noxus agro decks  if i dont draw my early game i get crushed by   my OP  non blockers and legion mauraders katarina is so hard to deal, and i dont feel like my non SI decks have the healing to keep up, so lets make this thread the EXP  tips and tricks central , deck building and gameplay tips to survive agro, i need help but i sure other will appreciate it too.

After finishing the last chapter of the adventure I'm quite confused about the plot.

How does stealing Dalaran help with resurrecting Galakrond? They could have just start in Uldum and steal the Plagues? Would make more senses if they gain some kind of magical artifacts from Dalaran.

What did Rafaam achieve by resurrecting Galakrond and then defeat it? Is it just to defeat the good guys? That is not consistent with his theme as a thief IMO.

I had a daily to attack with 20 minions form *insert region i forgott but i took the right one because quest is gone and it counted ot the progress"

when i finished my quest i had exactly the 1100 xp earned i needed to get the golden chest from my regional rewards.

the progression bar fills, the quest is over but i didnt get a reward.

Also when i go back to the regional reward it counts that im still missing about 1000 xp to that chest....

so i not only didnt get my chest, but also i didnt get the 1000 xp which is also something id love to have :)

can anyone help me or has anyone experienced something like that?

or am i just simply missing something?

So here's the situation.

My opponent attacks with all his stuff, I block with 3 of my miinions. He plays [Hearthstone Card (Judgement) Not Found] on his [Hearthstone Card (Ancient Yeti) Not Found] which wipes my board. However, despite having a blocker on the yeti (which died) he still punched my face.

I thought blockers would remain as "phantom blocks" if killed by a spell before combat?

Or does Overwhelm beat through phantom blockers? (because I never encountered that before)

normal (named as story now) is laughably easy and heroic which is challenge mode is like normal difficulty..

there should be story(unlocks cards) normal(deck building) and heroic (ACTUALLY HARD!!!).

chapter 3 looked promising, a deathrattle deck that can pop them for 1 mana.. that's really challenging right? wrong! he trigger your deathrattles too so it's easy, the moment you gain board control you win.

A Skruk that buffs all his deck and board and hand by +1/+1 every turn for 1 mana.. 50% of his deck are weapons, the other half useless kobolds..

And 2 identical fights that are quite just ok, not hard enough though.

On the evil side it was a pure joke, heroic could be called easy mode for what it's worth...

The first one all his deck are dragons so dragon slayer and dragonmaw poacher make him a joke, the second one is the only one that made me make a custom deck(patron warrior) and is identical to the explorers so I am just annoyed it's the same fight, not even a twist.

and the dragons? it's a joke right? stall 10 turns.. just pick mage and freeze the board every turn.. not even close..

I don't know why they made them so easy... I remember trying again and again and again on BRM,naxx and frozen throne(only lich king, really) and having hard time trying to beat the bosses with many many tries.. this is a breeze.

and what annoys me is that it's obvious they made them easier.. cause they could make the dragon boss only trigger his on DRs they could made the dragon hunter actually having a functional deck (I passed for 5 turns doing NOTHING.. and still won), and the ships.. at least have ANY difference between the fights.. add some cannons only eudora has and cannons only the wanderer has..

Hey, working on this mini set of legendaries based on characters from the animated shorts. It's a set about Hearthstone itself, about cards and packs and card sets. I'm trying to use art that includes hearthstone cards in the image. I imagine this as some kind of promo-set, maybe for an event or giveaway. Check it out!

Ava creates a pack from the latest standard expansion set (currently Descent of Dragons). Whizbang creates a pack from a random set in Wild (currently any set from Goblins vs Gnomes through Kobolds and Catacombs).

Well i played my frist ranked games today and id really like to know what you play against those decks.

in my rank which is assumably the lowest in ONLY play against this decks.

i mean i dont rant because people can play what they want. but what do i do against them when i dont want to play those decks?

the only reason why i dont want to is becuase im a little strange at games and i dont enjoy the stuff everyone plays .... so if there is on way around i might play elusive but id rather have another option

Is there a patch tomorow, and will it contain any real ballance changes?

I just found i a bit strange that they havent said anything yet.

Sometimes they drop the changes a day before and was just wondering if anybody knows anything.

So Riot has stated we're going to get our first real balance patch on Feb-18, and my question is: what do you think their policy will be do for nerfed cards?  E.g.: for Hearthstone, for 2 weeks after a patch that changes a particular card to have less power, players can refund that card for 100% of its crafting dust (roughly equivalent to converting it into LoR shards equivalent to its wildcard rarity).  Significantly, it's ONLY the cards that were changed--many times, a single card out of a multiple-card synergy will be nerfed leaving players angry that the other cards now have no place in the meta yet can only be dusted for the standard 25% refund.  I'm not as familiar with MtG:Arena, but I saw in the recent Oko/etc nerf that they banned the cards from the popular formats and everyone automatically received wildcards of equal quantity and rarity.

For the closed LoR betas Riot didn't do anything, but I'm discounting that because the collections weren't "real" then--all collections were planned to be reset and all coins were refunded.  Now, if you go and buy wildcards with cash to craft specific cards, that's effectively permanently spent.

My personal guess: they won't refund anything.  Unlike MtG, they can actively tweak cards after publishing and unlike Blizzard, Riot seems to be committed to balancing rather than just hindering cards until they cease to be relevant.  This seems to be their design philosophy with League of Legends: they want all champions to be relevant, so they will buff and nerf a particular champions over and over until they find equilibrium--and as such, they don't give refunds.  (At least not as far as I can tell; I'm not a big LoL player so please tell me if I'm wrong here.)  I could potentially see them giving out some shards in LoR just to placate players who are used to the other systems--especially if complaints get too vocal--but I don't think there will be any consequential.

What is your guess?

This morning after starting hearthstone most of my cards have been missing in my collection. Yesterday the EU servers crashed maybe there is something link to that. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I restarted hearthstone many times but it still occurs. After clicking "collection" it takes a long time to load.

 I trying to make some demacia decks and since a get a detain from a chest i put it on all my decks but is it worth the slot? is the only removal that  my OP can  revive the unit, besides maybe i should use better removal like noxian guile or venge what you guys think , is it good? bad? one off or more?

Because I sure don't. Am I in Bronze? Or am I in Gold? Am I in Plat? Silver? Iron? Who the F knows. An even more impertinent question, why didn't the devs not just label the ranks with, you know, WORDS. Like every other competitive game ever made, including League of Legends.

Seems as though aggro is going to dominate this game for the time being. Most aggro decks are able to fill the board by turn 3 or 4 and removal is few and typically at a higher mana cost. If you want that removal when you need it you have to skip a turn or 2 to build up your spell mana and by then you have probably taken too much damage. Not wanting to ruin aggro entirely I think some mana costs changes are needed. For instance Shadow isles can put out 7/6 worth of power turn 2 with cursed keeper and ravenous butcher. There are a few more but shadow seems a bit over powered at the moment.

Thoughts?

So spider decks/shadow isles decks are definitely getting nerfed right? its such a non-interactive deck to go against. They puke spiders all over the board then buff their attacks and if you try to defend yourself they have cards like "3 mana if 3 followers died summon a 6/6 with fearsome" you literally get punished for defending yourself which restricts the kind of decks that you can play. or they flood the board with Noxian overwhelm followers. It's so boring.
