Interesting card. Love the idea of wanting to save this card for later making sure you can get the extra effects. Looks real fun. Fun shadow spell for priest.
Interesting card that will probably only see play as a discovered option from Wandmaker or as a card that is shoved into shadow Priest to make it work. The effect, while strong, is very inconsistent and requires you to reach turns 9-10 to get maximum value.
The variance is just way too large in the deathrattle minion pool to warrant running this card, and Priest doesn’t necessarily need more late game value to win, considering they have that abominable quest. Against aggro, this will mostly be a dead card and maybe you could do something cheeky with it like discovering a Deathsworn Cultist and restoring 4 health
This just seems like a 5 star card all around. The fact that if you get this early game, you get a deathrattle minion that could help you and if you do it mid-late game you get a double dose of the deathrattle, is just awesome. Not broken, but definitely amazing

This seems like a fairly mediocre 1-mana "discover a card", with the addition of a new unique ability which can do a large number of random things based on what you discover. The pool of deathrattles is so large, this could theoretically do anything. I think in a lot of cases this is simply too random to warrant a spot, but in a shadow priest deck it may be included.
Also, every single priest spell becomes more interesting when you think about how much random resource generation priest has.
This card has the potential to be one of the most scariest card to see work.
Its 1 mana, its allows for an array of choices from summoning big minions to card draw, and it essentially replaces itself with a deathrattle card. To top it all off it exist in wandmaker's small card pool.
In other words, you'll be seeing this card quite a lot. And it won't be a happy time for those who have to go up against it.
I like this card. I think it will give plenty of options in how it can be played. Probably the real limiting factor here is how many deathrattle cards there will be that it can pull from.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
I see this as similar to Draconic Studies. NOt very useful early on but becomes exponentially more powerful the longer the game goes on....although it'll heavily depend on the amount of available deathrattles

Absolutely NUTS. This card is so good. The thing about deathrattles is that they have powerfull effects.... BUT your minion has to die first. Call of the Grave can basicly give a deathrattle as a battlecry.
Call of the Grave seems solid, and will probably see play. Worst case scenario it gets generated a million or more times.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Cool card to support shadow priest, you need to play it on turn 7 to make sure the effect goes off though. Might be a bit too slow because of that. Great reveal video.
Why Blizz bringing back deathrattle support after so long? It's a new shadow spell, so will see play in the new Shadow Priest archetype. Least you have a chance to find Lightshower Elemental and heal up

I'm not too impressed by this card comparing it to the study cards like Draconic Studies. Those cards always gave you a 1 mana discount on a card. Sure, this effect has the potential to be far greater than giving a card a 1 mana discount, but it's also so much more unreliable. I don't think you'll get the effect that you want/need all that often. Maybe the Darkbishop Benedictus deck wants to run this, but that's about it.

Did they say there will be less random for priest?
I am envoy from nowhere in nowhere. Nobody and nothing have sent me. And even though it is impossible I exist. ©Trimutius
This card will be nuts when you get it from Wandmaker. Also a great card if you need something to fill a card spot in a shadow deck.

Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.

This ain't no place for a hero

Discovering a Deathrattle minion is eh, but potentially proc it too? That's what pushes it to 5 star tier, you're running this in every priest deck.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Seems very good, maybe even too good .. (1) mana!
Only (1) mana to discover and generate a card, and possibly its effect twice

I get the feeling this card will scam me in the future.
You definitely want Darkspear Berserker.
I have spoken.

I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
I guess you will only play this one if you can Procc the Deathrattle - and therefor i guess this one is a good card.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!

Sure the pool with deathrattles might have some lowrolls, but even then the highrolls are just very strong. Think about cards like Plagued Protodrake, Claw Machine, Lightshower Elemental and Taelan Fordring.
Also in wild you can also get cards like Obsidian Statue and Convincing Infiltrator.
Call of the Grave seems solid, and will probably see play. Worst case scenario it gets generated a million or more times.

Loving it! It's super versatile and generates a lot of value. Can't wait to play Shadow Priest :)
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?
