By slow speed i mean that you play a very unit heavy build and units develop at slow speed. And while this concept works for ephemeral decks (because they are balanced around that downside) it makes open attacks really difficult to do for your list.
That hush is not that bad right now: There's a reason why they nerfed it to 3 mana and why targon decks still run it as a 2/3 of. (Maybe because not mana is the right kind of nerf but a mechanical nerf like "can't be cast during combat")
Anyways: Hush is widely used and ends every riven's career with ease -> riven decks won't make it into tier 1
You can play Riven but I don't see her being competitive anytime soon. Especially as long as her sword is still slow speed... the right buff would have been imo to change the sword to noncombat burst speed to also make more thematical sense and turn the buff into a big threat that doesn't get nopified right away...
Back to your decklist:
In general your deck feels like it serves too many themes without actually supporting them.
Especially something like a crowd favourite is in this version not that good imo but it's your deck and if it works for you play it
I am not the one to judge wether it works for you so you do you
I playing currently with a really cool deck containing Riven and Taric and Aphelios. So far it performed really nice on Master Rank. Let me know if you are interested in this sort of deck.
It's been a long time Runeterra fans, so let's see what did I miss in 3 months.
People got really hyped about healing decks and forgot they existed
Lee Sin was op, go hard was op and now they aren't
After that a ton of new champs were released, one of which was good that being Zoe as a card advantage engine
But as is often the case in this game the patches are more interesting then the expansion its-self
Today we are talking about this bad boy/girl really who knows
Her ulty so to speak blade of exile now only cost 1 mana like the rest of her kit
That mean that you're far more likely to go off with her when she's leveled only needing 1 mana banked
I prefer an aggressive card advantage list for her, starting out like your standard discard swarm strategy
But then surprising the opponent with big elusives and the ability to draw an insane number of cards at burst speed
Feel free to share any of your lists in the comments
Well the decklist you just posted... Its almost 100% slow speed cards that require you to build up your attack while not allowing open attacks.
No front but that's... not how you succeed these days now is it?
Also you will still run into Hush a lot if not even a Aphelios control deck that has extremely good tools against you.
Also I don't get why you go for the discard theme without any discard payoff...
Sorry but this deck doesn't go anywhere. Riven might be now fringe playable but her Idea will never work out in a Hush meta.
Hush just got nerfed to 3 mana, and yes it will still see play but it isn't the game winning monster it used to be.
That's after it had lost it's re-playable ability.
What's slow speed I'm really confused you know all weapon parts other then blade of exile are burst right
Like you guys get that you play jae with 3 mana banked right
so as long as they don't snap remove him you can play 3 weapon parts draw 3 cards plus any axes you have
They'll likely have played all their removal dealing with your aggression

Dude every aggro list is follower heavy and you're forgetting that half of these creatures in my list generate spells
However I did end up teching in culling strike and swapping sharpened resolve for elixir of wrath.
-----------------------------------Final Update-----------------------
Absolutely destroyed stun control that is all spells and I should have been hard countered not a meta list but still

I'm always interested in rebel lists and Taric is a card that people have forgotten about and I personally struggle to play as well.
