Same thing for Runeterra right now. I don't have any problem with playing against unknown resources, My problem is 5x Obliterates and such and pool is so limited which means you always have higher chances to get what you want 5x.
There is maximum card limit while deckbuilding for a reason and this mechanic abuses it and I don't think this is a healthy one. Like how Nab wasn't.
After I've tried so much decks, combinations and cards, I just wanted to share the decks that I most enjoyed.
There should have been more decks that I brewed and tried but some got unsuccessful and others are just shared already by other forum users and played/crafted already by streamers. So I've brought these to your attention.
These are the ones that passed just my personal success tests around 10-20 games. Other decks that I brewed couldn't make their place here.
If you want some different approach from streamer decks or don't have the specific cards for them, you might want to check these out. I don't claim these decks are wonderful but I enjoyed enough so wanted to share them with you.

Some of them are not refined enough and needs some replacements probably. So if you have any advices, just suggest them here and we will make them better !
And lastly, even though Will of Ionia has been nerfed, There is no real answer to The Infinite Mindsplitter in this regions so it is the best option to hold right now. It is in the deck because with Elusive package, 1 more turn is so important to win against this big guy. Just wait until they drop it and use Will of Ionia onto The Infinite Midsplitter while you are able to attack next turn. Just be sure they don't have any leftover mana to drop it again in the same turn.
Don't hesitate to use Fae Guide's on other units than Zed or Diana aswell. 3/3 and/or more stats on an elusive unit is always threatening enough.
I really waited to see some Vi decks in torunements but iirc none brought one.
I personally thought that Vi/Diana and/or Vi/Taric is better than Lee Sin/Taric deck.
and I saw that noone tries to make Apprehend work except me. It is so good in a Taric/Darius and a Thresh/Darius with The Undyings deck. I have been disappointed to not see some in tournements.

I've built it because of Aurelion Sol decks and found it successful against them. You can try if you want. You can tinker some parts that doesn't suit your playing style but it is simply an Elusive Aggro deck which tries to finish it at early game.
holding 2 spell mana for 3rd phase to play Zed + Pale Cascade is mostly carries you to go lethal. Keep that in mind.
Also i don't recommend you to replace Fae Guide with anything because it is hilarious with Zed.
You might consider to replace 2x Spirit's Refuge with 2x Whimsy!. I didn't have Whimsy! for now so couldn't try them.
Real enjoyement about Arena is the drafting and you suggested nothing to enhance it. Enhancing Arena (Draft Mode) isn't about rewards if you ask me.
I mean, Arena isn't just for spamming rewards, Draft mode is the best thing for a card game and should be balanced like there is some bans for that mode at every expansion cycle.
Some cards are more dominant in Draft, it is nature of the card games but Blizzard always way too late to balance draft mode, Even mostly they simply ignore to balance it.
I'm ok with the current rewards tbh. I'm more concerned about Blizzard's approach of balancing the mode, rarity appearance etc.
This line is personal approach; For me, it is like you pay that fee(150g) for your enjoyement + some rewards. It doesn't guaranteed that you get your fee back. Draft mode is just like that. Like going a bar that has only entry fee and free to drink anything. You know, you don't need to drink everything there and it is like you don't even care how the bar is (there are fights every minutes, dirty as hell, bartenders with bad behaviours etc.) and you only care about how much drink you can drink. This is wrong in my opinion. You are paying that fee for your enjoyement + some rewards. If you want just rewards, You can simply go buy booster packs. Why are you even bothered to play draft at the first place if you don't like drafting and do want only rewards ? Don't get me wrong this paragraph is just my personal thoughts about it.
You seem like you are playing Arena only for rewards. I'm playing it for enjoyment only. Especially after I moved to Runeterra, I missed to play Draft mode and playing Hearthstone just for its draft mode. If i can afford it, I would have played MTG:A for its draft mode tbh but couldn't. Of course you have your rights to want more rewards from a mode that you pay some fee but there is more enhancements about it rather than just rewards.
I know, people don't have to be like me or other draft mode players. Everyone doesn't have to enjoy it but I think that doesn't annoy you that I want blizzard to enhance it balance-wise rather than reward-wise. I need to say that it doesn't bother me aswell if blizzard enhance the reward side.
So, rewards are my last concern about the mode. I am looking forward to see that Blizzard deals with it more professional way rather than simply ignoring it. Banning some problematic cards, more Draft-wise balancing for expansion releases etc. and I have no problems with more rewarding arena (again) for the record.
I'm sorry, I know this isn't your intention, but that deck name makes me think of some guy coming outta nowhere and yelling "DIANA, MOTHERF***ER!"
Edit: Regarding the deck itself, I'm not sure about it. You only have 9 Nightfall cards, including Diana, and your only trigger for Rex are Warning Shot and Miss Fortune. Seems a bit inconsistent.
Every single league player calls miss fortune MF, gankplank GP, twisted fate TF and Teemo little shit, that's how it goes, no reason to be mad about it.
New to Runeterra! Been playing on and off a few weeks, loving the game and likely moving from Hearthstone to it. Would be great to have some friends to chat about the game with, especially with the new expansion coming.
For my own experience, You don't have to move completely for being able to play runeterra compettitively. I'm now a casual Hearthstone (Just doing daily quests per 3 days and maybe some meme games after that, sometimes playing arena because there is no real draft in Runeterra right now) and competitive Runeterra (doing dailies, trying to get all bonus experiences, trying to climb ladder etc.) player and my time mostly enough for both and I'm not even spend all of my free time to these 2 games and playing other games aswell. But yeah, consider it i'm a first preview player of Runeterra and completed all sets also My call of the mountain set will be completed in first day of the expansion thanks to my shards and wildcards. Never spend any real money to Runeterra tho. So you don't need to left Hearthstone completely.
Just some advices which comes from my experiences. :)

I don't think they leave it like 4 champion for Targon tbh because with this exp. all regions have (4) + (1) + 1 (Ex. for ionia Zed/Yasuo/Karma/Shen + Lee Sin + Lulu) champions and forgive me if there are any official announcement about this, I just didn't catch news this time around and just speculating with what we have in the game right now.

So the card we are searching here will have a nobel title, Battlecry and Deathrattle or I will take this "Battlecry and Deathrattle" thing one level above and would call it as an effect that does the same with it like Disciplinarian Gandling.
Being a grandmaster of a school came to me noble and the card has a title aswell. "Disciplinarian" title might not be noble enough but when you think it is the title of a grandmaster and emphasizing to be a grandmaster, it feels it is noble enough.

True, it was also my first thought that A Yasuo/Leona deck after Leona reveal.
She would stun when you use daybreak so i will still give it a try, I won't increase my hopes tho.

And I can confirm that the card's name is Equinox and card's text is "Silence a follower" and it is a slow spell.
