Absolutely amazing. I LOVE these kinds of hard counters to busted strategies i.e. Skulking Geist to ruin Jade Druid, Demonic Project or Dirty Rat for most OTKs, etc. I doubt you'll see this card run much like most tech cards, but whoo boy all you need is one game wiping out 2,800 armor off a Druid for it to be worth it. 3-star card with a 5-star feeling.
This card is weird - I'll certainly give it a tryout in Dragon Priest (really the only deck that can play it since you need a dragon in your hand at all times lest the deathrattle be useless) but i'm not expecting much.
I made a similar comment on a Warlock card: this class is all over the place in DoD and it'll be interesting to see which (if any) archetypes are viable. You've got Galakrond Priest (Control?), Dragon Priest, Thief Priest, and Deathrattle Priest all getting 2-3 card each, but none of them being the obvious winner. My guess is some Galakrond Dragon Hybrid Priest just carried on how crazy strong Fate Weaver is by itself.
Maybe in the reveal stream we'll see what the designers had in mind and how well it works? I'm just hoping one of them is good enough to put Res Priest back in the box because good lord has Nzoth Wall Priest been an absolute boring, annoying shitshow to play against the last month+. Please let it be over.
I'm not sure this will see play as it doesn't really fit into any serious archetype. NO chance it will be run in Res Priest since it'd be a terrible minion to res. Doesn't really fit with Dragon Priest either. Maybe Galakrond Priest if that ends up very Control-focused? But that's a strech. My guess would be this sees play in Wild (where Quest/Deathrattle Priest is still more viable) and I'm sure some memey Thief Priest decks will add it if they open it, but I doubt this is a Craft for anybody.
Very good card. There isn't a lot of Hunter class dragons, but what they have are all good enough to run, so I can see one copy being run alongside some of the better neutral dragons and supports like Dragon Breeder. My guess is Highlander Dragon Hunter will be the strongest out of the gate but will be interesting to see what emerges if tech cards like Bad Luck Albatross get traction...
Compares favourable to Doomsayer i think. It may be dropped a turn earlier- which is useful against hyper aggressive decks, in the early game the two health less won't be much of problem, and in the late game it dies as fast as Doomsayer. 5 damage to all minions will suffice against any board before turn 4. It is a soft taunt either way, which locks up the board. The biggest upside is the potential reusability, with Power Word: Shield or Sand Breath control or dragon decks can keep the board free for two consecutive rounds.
This is a fantastic point - unlike Doomsayer this card will not NECESSARILY destroy itself, given you multiple turns of use. I bet it will see more play in decks like Priest or Paladin that can buff it up to stay alive.
Love me some neutral tech cards. Obvious value in frustrating Highlander decks (as someone who still plays Bomb Warrior, I can tell you this is a VERY strong strategy - the number of "angrily dropping a useless Zephrys before conceding" I've seen is substantial). I'm sure Hunter will play this given the Beast synergy but expect many other classes will as well if Highlander decks stick around for DoD.
Okay, Supreme Archaeology is the only Quest card I never got/crafted. I might have to craft it now...Shuffle Warlock will still be bad, but with this card at least it will be pants-on-head crazy and I'm 100% here for it.
Will probably see some play in Wild where the weapon pool is bigger and better. In Standard no chance (at least not this expansion - who knows what 2020 will bring?)
This is just absurd. Literally nobody will ever play this - I mean, in 4 months I can honestly say I never once have seen Mischief Maker nor do I ever recall seeing Griftah. Boo this card. Boo him!
Will see SO MUCH play given the powercreep of this set. A solid contender for "most playable" and a clear winner (so far anyway) for "strongest neutral card".
I will definitely run this. 10-mana for a 4/12 and a 6/6 with a big "must remove" target on it's back? Since Warlock is a little all over the place right now, this kind of just generally good card will be useful in most decks.
Legendary that should have been an Epic (maybe even Rare). Just not any good at all, which is a bummer since - after playing around a bit with Hack the System - another GOOD Warrior weapon could have easily found its way into that deck. A Shame.
Oh heck yeah! Loving this in my Aggro Overload Shaman deck. Look at how quickly and thoroughly Cloud Prince found its way into Secret Mage decks - this is basically the exact same thing for Overload Shamans in both Standard and Wild. 5 Stars
Bad card. The only "random changeling" card that was every any good was Chameleos because at least he/she showed you what was in your opponent's hand. I'm sure there will be some highlight video of the handful of times this RNGed into the perfect card, but nah not going to bother with it.
I'm just not seeing this being overly impactful. We still need to see a lot of Shaman revealed, but right now If this is all the "dragony bits" they get I expect this will be a dead card.
Not a BAD AOE spell, but not great either - the 2 dmg is a little low for everything except tokens, and it lacks a few things that makes the other "little aoes" more useable - i.e. doesn't hit face like Consecration, doesn't generate new spells (maybe) like Blast Wave, doesn't have the heal effect of Holy Ripple or Holy Nova, etc.
Dragon Paladin continue to look better and better. Very pleased!

Very good for any deck that shuffles, which is a lot of them. I'm sure this will become a staple like Elven Minstrel was.
