This is a neat design for a Corrupt card. Some classes may want the healing depending on the meta, and a 4 mana 3/4 that deals 4 damage is quite strong.
It's honestly not that bad. 5 Health is good on turn 4, and the effect essentially gives it a soft Taunt. I wouldn't be surprised if this card does better than expected. It's actually a pretty good card for new players too.
I don't see this being too good. It doesn't look like a bad card, but then you realize Kirin Tor Mage is better in almost every way.
If you play a Secret with this on turn 3, then you basically just played a Kirin Tor Mage with 2 less Attack. You're not going to play this on turn 2 because you want the effect to do something. It could hypothetically survive multiple turns and trigger the discount multiple times, but I don't think this is better than just Kirin Tor Mage most of the time since it will usually die in one turn.
Along with Wriggling Horror, these might be the two Neutral Commons that every uses. A 4 mana 4/5 with Taunt is really good, and it's especially good for classes that don't have good Taunts, and its tribal synergy is really strong.
A strong Neutral Common. Fungalmancer was really good, and this is basically a small version of that that's more efficient as far as total stats and speed go.
It could combo will with Animated Broomstick which could actually be a viable combo for getting past your opponent. Otherwise though, it's too awkward and slow to use effectively and it relies on having that combo to be playable.
It's probably not that good since you don't want your opponent to draw more cards, and you're just handing them another card in their deck. Fishflinger at least just gave them a random garbage Murloc. It's only good for milling, and Coldlight Oracle does that job better. I suppose this will just act as a bad roll from those cards that generate random Murlocs.
Every expansion we always get one of these cards that buffs minions with a keyword, and they never work out. This is probably the best one so far, but I don't see it seeing too much play. It's not bad, and could even see play for budget Rush decks, but it's not that good.
It's very good for [Hearthstone Card (Elemental Mage) Not Found] and it's good fuel for Grand Finale, although there aren't enough Elementals for that to work in Standard. Otherwise though, it's a stronger Fire Fly and can single-handedly complete your Elemental Allies, so I can see it being used even without as much Elemental synergy.
Oh, it's almost sort of pseudo-Echo. The wording is a bit weird, but it does make the most sense with the card. It's really good against a board full of small minions as it's essentially an Arcane Shot with Echo at that point.
Probably not. Avenging Wrath is just a bad card, Mage or Paladin. This isn't really that much better. It's reminiscent of Greater Arcane Missiles, which serves a different purpose than this card, but similarly did not work out.
3 mana 3/4s with upsides usually see some play, so I can see this card being experimented with, although the upside isn't that big, so it might fall off. It's hard to be able to use the Outcast and discount together effectively. Although that said, the Outcast cards will be discounted even if their Outcast effects aren't active, and maybe reducing their Costs by 1 might incentivize you to play them without Outcast? In most cases, it probably won't though.
Now this card is obviously quite strong, but I'm not sure it'll even see play simply because Demon Hunter already has a lot of strong draw, so they don't really need this.
A cool and creative card, although it suffers from the lack of a Scry mechanic to know what you'll draw so you may draw things that don't really work well with it. Although it is still draw nonetheless. You'll probably want to play this with a lot of high-Cost cards as a way to make it more likely that you'll draw something you actually want to draw with it, although then you take a lot more damage.
I'm not so sure about this one actually, but it'll definitely be experimented with.
I could some some experimentation here since it's a pretty neat effect and might work as a way to toss out your early game cards for later game ones. Although the downside there is that that early game draw you just put back into your deck can now be drawn again. I can concur that it will draw with an empty hand too, which is a good upside.
Thanks Team 5 for the support. Res Priest is my favorite archetype in the game, and it really could've used this buff to push it into viability. I hope we see more of these cards in the future.
These Corrupt cards live and die by how easy they are to Corrupt. This card is quite bad in base form, but it's extremely good when Corrupted. As a Priest, you are likely to be able to Corrupt cards easier than most other classes. Play something (not sure what) on turn 4, and this on turn 5 with something else seems decent to me. It's also a good Taunt minion for Y'Shaarj Priest since you will want a Taunt after spending 10 mana.
It's not bad, but it seems too weak for it to be good right now. And the Corrupt effect isn't that powerful either. IIRC, Feral Rage was mostly used for the Armor, and the Attack mostly came into play when you had Fandral.

Just play Kirin Tor Mage instead.
Yeah, probably not. Symmetrical damage like this is not great.

I can see this being used. The Immune effect is quite good for Demon Hunter, and the damage can stack with your other Attack buff cards.
That said, I'll have to think of a new WCDC card now. :(

And there's a Res Priest buff.

One of the best flavor texts of the set.
