There is ONE card that benefits from a highlander build and it's [runecard]purrsuit of perfection[/runecard].

How you play around a 7/6 elusive on turn 3? Or a 6/6 fiora? Landing stand alone on a key unit on turn 3 is normally game over. Unless you specifically have purify or will of Ionia. 

I really like the world building around champions in this game, I mean in league you got the champion.. and that's it you don't really feel like they have so much influence themselves.. but runettera give them allies they work with and organizations they belong to, looking forward to more champions to have interesting followers! can easily see police enforcers …

No.. Keep it in standard but as a reward, don't want to open him in packs.. Just give him for free to everyone (and give 1600/3200 dust to people who own the card).
