I was struggling to beat Dragonbone Golem, and then finally got it with a Frost team... and no task completion. So I either didn't trigger quite enough deathrattles or the boon bug got me. 

Will be trying again, maybe throw Kazakus in there and score his final equipment. 

That task involving Corrupted Viscera looks tough. Anyone manage that trick yet? 

I totally messed up with the Naaru shard on task 3 the first time (hey, at least I can get in, lol). I selected a team with no holy abilities, I carefully avoided holy treasures on the climb, and yep, first turn with the shard I picked its holy ability. Whoops! 

I ran it with my Nature crew too, but there are so many demons on the climb that I see the value of including Kurtrus.

While you only need to bring one murloc to Darkshore, you might as well bring as many as you have, because there are lots of enemies that buff all murlocs. I think that's going to be the case for the rest of Darkshore. Mggrgll! 

We can put some N'Zoth event tips in this thread, you know, help Avalon out with those guides. 

I completed Task 2: ice-free Ice Howl with dragons. Longxin's ability to swap places is very helpful for getting the boss to damage the starter ice blocks. 

The compensation will be interesting for sure. 

I'm also wondering what direction a nerf would take, as the usual "make it cost more mana" approach does not feel applicable here. 

Stat reduction is a possibility, but then Drek doesn't match Vanndar, and is this card winning on stats? 

Changing the effect to summon one minion feels best to me. Other ideas?

One of the previous mentions of Mercenaries by the devs suggested that the next change would introduce a bunch of new characters. 

That could be the Old Gods, or N'Zoth and his naga creations. 

And some underwater bounties.

There were a few: Jade Druid was one, and a Thief Priest that copied some of my prelates was another. 

At the time, the large buffs to create huge prelates weren't available, but a wall of taunts that generate Spikeridged Steeds was certainly enough to create infinite protection.

I played a version of this deck a while ago (must have been pre-Scholomance) and it was the first deck that ever brought me to the turn limit. Hearthstone games have to end, apparently! 

The pop-ups are definitely back, because I just earned the 1000 victory Hunter portrait. 

Which I won't be using, because (to paraphrase John Mulaney) Sylvanas is a war criminal, and I like her so much. 

Barbaric Sorceress can reduce the cost by quite a bit, but then you'd need a hand without other spells in it.

I hadn't even noticed that there are new Core achievements to go with the new Core set until this thread. So I went and looked, and their sidebar icon is blank. Ouch. Can't even drop a little hydra icon on there? 

Sorry if I wasn't quite clear! I'm  talking about the "hamburger" menu (I'm viewing the site on mobile). It has a top level category for Guides, and one of the nav options under there is Achievements. But that just goes to one article, over a year old, that talks about what achievements are. 

When I go to the same Guides part of the menu and select All Guides, then I can filter to your flagged articles correctly. 

So maybe the Guides > Achievements menu target is outdated?
