Bit of a filler, both in terms of pack filling, and deck filling when you're not quite sure what you need to fill that last 2 cards in your 28 card deck.

So [card]Wrath[/card] but with [card]Preparation[/card] stapled to it? Yeah that's good. Not as good as Solar Eclipse, but an effectively free 3 damage to enemy minion is still good.

Way too many good spells cards to combo with this, this will see play 100%

2 Mana Draw 2 seems good, and if you're playing Shuffle Rogue deck with [card]Ticket Master[/card], [card]C'thun, The Shattered[/card], or even [card]Shadow of Death[/card] and [card]Waxadred[/card], it's basically draw 2 and summon a Minion, since the Cast when Drawn cards …

I feel like literally every Priest will run this card.

I think this is a fine "I win now" card for a lot of control decks, most of the pieces seem fine to play as is.

[card]Ivory Knight[/card] without the body... actually doesn't sound that bad, especially when it can be used earlier than the minion ever could.

Seems too slow for just a pile of stats

If you're an Aggro deck, you don't care too much about the damage to your own face.

Seems too inconsistent and expensive to run in Mage, even when running Dragoncaster or Tortollain Pilgrim.

Solid card for Midrange decks, but I think it's a Warlock Class card in disguise, as there's plenty of use for a 4 heal or a 4 damage whether you're going Zoo or Control.

Even after all the cards are revealed, I'm still not sure where this card goes in. Probably Paladin and Druid?

Unique, but not sure if Demon Hunter Decks wants it tho. 4/3 Weapon is better than 4/3 Minion sure, but I feel like you'd rather have [card]Marrowslicer[/card] or [card]Aldrachi Warblades[/card].

Seems good with the New ETC, but 1/3 stats isn't that great for Rush.

If you're running the Eclipses, you're also running this, simple as that.

Pretty strong with the rest of the Secret package, [card]Pack Tactics[/card] and [card]Snake Trap[/card] seem like solid way to activate this when you do need it.

Unless there's ways for Warrior to draw Mechs consistently, like Ancharr is to Pirates, this might have use.

But who am I kidding, this belongs in the gutters of Mean Streets of Gadgetzan.

My Elemental Mage Deck would love this, and that's the only reason why I'm giving it more than 1 star.

Feels like an Auto include for Zoo, though the discard does make it awkward when you draw both copies.

On one hand, most Outcast effects that people care about are very expensive cards like [card]Skull of Gul'dan[/card]. On the other hand, yeah, I can see [card]Crimson Sigil Runner[/card] and [card]Spectral Sight[/card] being run again.
