If I've read between the lines correctly, picking casual auto-queue's you against opponents you based on your deck's format. If your deck is standard, you'll queue for standard casual, if it's wild, wild casual, if it's classic, classic casual.
I could be entirely wrong though, and even if I am right here, they're making this sound like it's a simplification when it just makes it more confusing :/
This is my understanding as well. This is also the explanation I heard from the Coin Concede Podcast.
When on casual, it will auto select your format (standard, wild, classic) based on your deck format. So you can play casual in all 3 modes, you just have to make sure the your deck's format is correct.
The downside I am seeing is rogue has a lot of card draw that may be better than this. Say for example you drop this on SSS, you still need 4 swings to get those 4 cards. I feel rogue draws faster than that.
This upcoming weekend
He needs to get in GM, even if just for the title. He deserves it.
I think this is a typo.

EDIT:
Sorry didnt realize OOC already had an article on this

Kinda expensive for a token deck. But the deck with snowball hard if not cleanup before turn 4.
This to Arbor Up is an insane curve.
Seems too slow and clunky. IMO wont see play.
Nice tempo tool for Murloc decks that want to go fast and win the board.
I like this card, very annoying to remove especially if dropped on curve.
Feels more like a warrior card, seems too slow for rogue.
Return of pirate warrior?
Looks like decent card. I think this will see play in a 4 set meta.
3/2 body + 2 damage removal is good tempo
This is a good card for drawing.

Anti rogue card lol.
More of a meme card but has niche uses.
Dropping this on 2 would be really annoying to rogue as they really rely on multiple cards and their 0 cost. I also assume the effects are permanent.
Taunt + Heal.
Great anti aggro tool for druid that wants to go long.
I think this will have some niche uses, a one time spell burst effect.
Being neutral, it is accessible to all classes that need it.
This is a good card. It just sucks its a DH card.
Jandice Highroll card.
I don't think this will see play as a standalone card, but will hate seeing this card generated.
Will depend or DR cards to see play.
Current DR cards for the upcoming rotation aren't great, so I doubt we will see this much. Maybe in the upcoming sets.
Rogue keeps getting good cards.
This is a Gadgetzan Auctioneer for combo/battlecry cards.
Unsure how good or bad this will be.
The discount favors spell heavy decks but at the same time you will need a minion for this to buff.
Reminds me of Xaril, Poisoned Mind. If weapon rogue doesn't go too fast, this will find a place as a third copy of the poisons.
