Why are all of the neutral epics weird meme cards?
It is a little frustrating how this card was almost an amazing card. If it made each player draw a minion, then you could play it in a big minion deck, or just in a deck that wants to tutor specific minions. This card could have been an interesting deck building card, but instead it will just be disappointing to open.

It is sort of like a mini-Doomsayer. When played at the right time, it can be quite powerful. But I just feel like 5 damage is just too little. In order for this to trigger, your opponent will have to be unable to kill a 5 health minion, which means that you probably won't be killing anything big.
The best way to use this card is to drop it on an empty board to prevent your opponent from playing anything for a turn. But really, this is just a smaller Doomsayer, I don't think this card will ever be used except by people who don't have doomsayer and can't find any better replacement.
It's kinda funny, we are getting a lot of power-creep in this expansion, and now we have this reverse power-creep card.
When he's summoned, sound the trumpets (I don't know what this means actually)
It's totally common to hear (In Battlegrounds, just about everyone is playing him)
Pay more mana and bigger he gets (You generally want to spend lots of coins on battlecry minions to make the amalgam big)
But he'll always be lowest tier (In spite of being one of the most prominent minions in the format, he is only tier 2. Not quite the lowest, but pretty low)
I was playing Master's Call in my reno decks and it was super helpful being able to get brann on 7, or get that extra fireball from zephrys way more consistently. It never occurred to me to add stitched tracker though.

I personally think this card is a lot more balanced than Prince Keleseth. If you get keleseth on curve then right on turn 1-2 you have a huge bonus to get stats on the board way ahead of the curve. Frizz comes out 2 turns later, and 'dragons' is much less broad than 'minions'. Plus, getting a minion two turns sooner isn't as big when it happens on turn 7.
This card will be powerful, but it will not be as troublesome as some people make it out to be.
This is not entirely irreplaceable in every dragon deck, this will not be completely busted and break the meta, games will not be decided with who gets their Frizz out first. This will be powerful, but not game breaking.

I still remember Shadowreaper Anduin. Literally everyone's first reaction to the card was "wow, imagine this with Raza the Chained, it would be so busted!" and sure enough, that deck was totally busted.
That little cacophony made me question whether or not the devs even tested cards at all. That interaction seemed pretty obvious, even to people who didn't spend the majority of their waking hours thinking about hearthstone.

Well, a 4 mana 5/4 isn't bad. And the effect will be relevant later in the game. 2 mana is no joke, you know all of those dragons who have powerful effects but are maybe just a little too slow? well now they are all playable.
This doesn't hit dragons in your hand, which does make him a little slower. But playing a 5/4 on turn 4 won't put you behind by much. And even later, 4 mana is not a bad cost to get so much value later.
I will probably end up crafting this guy, he is just too much value not to include.

Is "metal and mayhem" a reference to the song written by Kansas "Mysteries and Mayhem"? Because if so, I salute you, congratulate you, and shake your hand, many many times.

Nice effect, 5 mana 4/4 draw 2 is not bad. And when you think about how this can draw you two cards that were reduced to 1 through Academic Espionage, or draw 2 Pogo-Hoppers, or Summon two waxadreds this looks even better.
But why is this card worded so badly??? Why doesn't it just say "Battlecry: Draw two cards that didn't start in your deck". This would save like 2 and a half lines of text, and it would read a lot better.

Maybe it is best if you don't read this as "transform this minion into a random legendary every turn" and start reading it as a 5 mana 5/5 that gains the effect of a random legendary every turn. This will always be a 5 mana 5/5, and sometimes you will roll a very bad legendary, but most of the time it will do enough to be worth it.
Here is a list of all legendaries in Hearthstone. Legendary Archives - Hearthstone Top Decks. Most of them are at least playable as a 5 mana 5/5, very few of them are un-playable, but about 80% of them (this is a very rough estimate) are at least playable as a 5/5 on 5, and some of them are just straight up broken.
Trust me, this will be amazing in midrange shaman.
Thanks for the reply. I personally don't have too much experience playing rogue decks, so any input is very appreciated.
I will remove the Eviscerates and add in the scheme and shark.
I think mage will be able to keep a big enough hand so that they can afford to top-deck less than optimal cards.

Kansas isn't a very well known band, but they have some pretty amazing songs. If you like rock music, I strongly suggest looking into them.
I am sorry to tell you but Emeriss will, for now at least, remain completely unplayable.
He might make something happen in a deck that cares about dragons, but any other dragon could also be used in his stead.
Spending your entire turn doing nothing will be bad regardless of whether or not you are able to utilize the dragon tribal tag.
Stitched Tracker is an amazing idea.

what do those squares mean?

Yup. I thought it would be to easy, Your next DestroyerR
The seas bane, I bring tides of change
I can flip the game, a big power play
But first, there must be fish to slay
I agree, this card is far more powerful than people think.

Galakrond doesn't take up a card slot.
Look at the card list and you will see all of the EVIL classes have an extra card.
