I like this card. It is a defensive card that gives you more defense when it dies. It works with the taunt warrior stuff they did in Saviors of Uldum, or mech stuff in wild.

Having played some warrior recently, I can tell you that 90% of the time, there won't be more than 2-3 damaged minions on board at once. I don't see you playing this for less than 5 mana the majority of the time. But a 6/8 rush is big enough that you still might want to play this anyway.

The issue with this card is, it isn't good at clearing the board. It will only kill the weakest minion. If you want to get rid of the board then this can help, but it won't do too much by itself. I don't think this card will be good enough to justify playing unless your deck really wants to punch its own minions.

The flavor is on point, but I don't think it will be very good. It is too easy for your opponent to deal small amounts of damage to you so that this will only block 6-12 damage, which doesn't really seem that great.

Well the first version is strong, and the prime version is also very strong. There is not reason not to play this. It is just too versatile and powerful.

This card cannot really be played in a zoo/midrange type deck because it is just too taxing on your board. But I do think this card has potential in either a control deck that doesn't play a lot of minions in the early game, or in an egg deck that wants its minions to die.

I think blizzard finally knows what they are doing with the doing with the discard mechanic. They have Hand of Gul'dan that wants you to discard it, and this card that discards a specific card. When you mesh those two mechanics then you have a playable discard deck.
I am very interested to see what new discard cards they print in the future.

This is actually super cool. Out of all of the discard warlock stuff they have made, the cards that played themselves when they were discarded were always the best. And I think the stuff that discarded the lowest cost card in Rastakhans Rumble had a lot of potential, but you can't really mix those ideas as they are. Making the targeted discard cards target the highest cost card means that you can make cards that want to be discarded without making them super cheap.

A nice card for handlocks. This could be the Demon cheating tool warlocks have been missing since Possessed Lackey got nerfed. I am glad Mountain Giant got sent to the Hall of Fame so that we can have cool cards like this.

Reminds me of Voidlord. It is a large demon with Taunt that summons another demon with a defensive ability when it dies. With this and the new prime, control warlocks will have a nice finisher.

I mean, random cards are random cards. There isn't much to say about this, it is just bad. If nothing else this is a more playable meme card than something like Transmogrifier or Wyrmrest Purifier.

A very powerful 3 drop that can be so useful in so many ways. Flame Imp now gives you a mana, Hero Power is 0 mana, Kobold Librarian also gives you 1 mana, Neferset Thrasher gives you 2 mana, and so on and so forth. If nothing else it just allows you to use your hero power every turn for free. It may also make Spreading Madness playable . . .

I really like this card. It is flexible and powerful, a good build around card that will help shape warlock decks for the next few years. This could be what warlocks needed to actually be a good class.

3 mana 3/4 discover a spell is good. And I don't think you will have much trouble triggering the ability.
I do have doubts about this card though. For one, it doesn't really matter that this is a well stated 3-drop because most of the time you won't be triggering this on turn 3. Also, this doesn't look like the kind of card that would make the cut in a good deck. Usually you would rather just play a good spell than play an okay minion and hope to grab a good spell.

It may be good enough in a deck that just needs a strong 3 drop. But I don't think this will be as good as some other evolve cards. 3 mana upgrade 2 minions just doesn't seem as appealing as 1 mana upgrade all of your minions. I am mainly concerned that it will just be too hard to combo this with a specific minions in the same way you would combo Evolve with Dessert Hair.

It has a powerful effect, but it also seems pretty hard to set up. I think you either want to make your board of tokens sticky, in which case Soul of the Murloc is probably better, or you care about getting a lot of value out of a single big minion, in which case Ancestral Spirit is probably better.

I don't imagine it should be very hard to cast this for 2 the majority of the time. Even when you do have to play this for 5 mana, it isn't much worse than Assassinate.
Also this is a 5 cost card that you can play for 2, which is useful for Spirit of the Frog.
This will probably only be used in pirate warriors to tutor Ancharrr, or in Galakrond warriors to tutor Ritual Chopper.

Not necessarily a terrible card, but I don't think lack of +2/+2 buffs is what made totem shaman bad.
Reminds me of Flanking Strike only with more randomness to it. Any card that removes a minion and gets you a minion on the field is worth considering.
