I hope paladins new identity doesn't appeal to me too much. I dusted all of my paladin cards because I am poor and need dust and I really don't enjoy the class. I would be sad to learn that the class is actually super awesome and I will have to craft all of those cards again.

I think I may be the only one who doesn't like amalgamate. I like the interesting yet simple design, and it is a pretty neat effect that can be used in a lot of ways. The only thing I don't like about it; it is a dungeon run treasure. When you cannot build your own deck, this ability just feels super irrelevant 90% of the time. There is no way I would ever pick this over something like "all minions get buff X". So while it is a very interesting card that has a lot of potential and a ton of different interactions with different tribal buffs, I just don't see this card EVER happening in a dungeon-run style format.
With the finalist phase approaching pretty soon what card do you think should win and why
(please don't say your own)
Personally i gave four 5 stars and I'll explain why
Temple golem: really op card and 100% if this was a treasure card i will pick it all the time
I personally don't think Temple Golem is terribly OP. He is a 5 mana 5/5 reborn, which is fair. But the copying ability seems slow, and most of the time I would rather grab a passive treasure which is constantly helping me win rather than a single strong minion with a lot of stats.
but the thing is the summon another one for each boss you defeated where on your 5th boss if you play temple golem you summon five 5/5 with rush and reborn
I guess it's just that we have different ways to play dungeon run
I am pretty sure they don't have rush, if they did it would be pretty powerful. But as the card is now it isn't much more spectacular than any other treasure minion with a lot of stats.

If they really do that, he will be my first golden legendary craft ever.

I crafted whizbang on day 1 in gold. I am F2P so dust is pretty valuable. I played a handful of games and had fun, then later I dusted him to craft an actually useful legendary. Then later I missed him and crafted him again . . . and then dusted him later . . . and then I crafted him again.
Me and whizbang have a strong love/hate relationship. Though I will say that the hate is probably stronger than the love, and the regret is more real than anything.
The moral of the story is: don't craft golden cards I am an idiot.
There isn't one? Don't put words in my mouth and say that I said there was, maybe?
I was very careful ALL throughout my post to say that this wasn't a salt thread and I'm not turning on the game or anything like that. I was very careful to point out that I'd be over all of this when the new expac came out and I'd be pumping lots of cash into the next expac when it drops.
I'm just experiencing the annual lull that almost everyone feelsduring this time of year, and wanted to talk about it, how it compares to the slump people were feeling last year, and how, in my opinion (and I seem to be in the minority here, and that's fine, because GASP, PEOPLE CAN HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS AND FEELINGS ABOUT A SUBJECT!?) Galakrond's Awakening didn't do a whole lot to freshen up the meta. And maybe it wasn't supposed to, maybe I simply expected too much from a 35 card expansion.
And I wanted to, gee whiz, talk about something relating to Hearthstone that was on my mind. On a forum dedicated to discussing Hearthstone! Not everything needs to be a huge complaint to Blizzard about how the game is broken and how I need what I want and how it's the best thing for the game and I need it RIGHT THIS MINUTE.
Pretty sure people who have that kind of attitude towards the game aren't eager to shell out cash for the next expansion if they're dissatisfied with the game, but what the hell do I know?
Geez dude, calm down. Nobody is insulting you or saying anything mean about you. He is just saying that there are plenty of decks for you to try and that if you are bored than you can play some of those. No need to get all angry just because -- (and these are your own words) -- "People can have different opinions and feelings about a subject". He clearly isn't as bored with Hearthstone as you are, and he is simply saying that there are more decks to play in wild.
He is being perfectly reasonable, and you are overreacting over his choice of specific words. Maybe you don't see being bored as a "problem" but some other people might, and therefore offer solutions such as, playing wild.
At 10 attack you can basically kill anything that doesn't have divine shield, and you get to do that 10 times. I don't think you will be attacking with this every turn, and I don't think most games will be 10 turns long. Especially considering that most of the time you won't be playing this on turn 1. Would this be better as a 10/5? Or maybe I could keep the 10 durability but make it less efficient at killing. Would a 5/10, or maybe a 3/15 be better?
For whatever reason, I was having a pretty hard time beating Heroic Togwaggle, so I thought it might be fun to mess with him using Grizzled Wizard and Sir Finley Mrrgglton. Turns out that Grizzled Wizard is even worse than a meme, because it didn't work. I sat there thinking the game was delayed, but alas, the functionality was broken.
I ended up beating him anyway (thank you Kobold Stickyfinger) but it still made me sad.
I crafted grizzled wizard with Emperor Thaurissan in mind. I was sorely disappointed.

Also wrong.
I edited the riddle a little bit because I am not sure if the last line was entirely clear. I think it may have the opposite effect that I was hoping for.

I was wondering the same thing.

Zoobot
Something that hits multiple targets
I don't know. He seems kinda fun, but honestly, I would rather play with a strategy that I planned out than a random one each round.
I wish I was playing Hearthstone back when Curse of Naxxramas and Goblins Vs Gnomes were in standard.
Thank goodness it is a leap year, I almost didn't make rank 5.
All of these cards look amazing! I will probably end up crafting a lot of these.

It would have been nice if they combined the Khadgar hero skin and the mage packs together in one 10$ bundle instead of two separate bundles.

Great article! I will try this list out, it looks like a lot of fun!
Yeah, ArngrimUndying is correct.
I'm having second thoughts on the 10 durability.

Nope. But good guess.
