I'll preface this by saying 1) I've never won a card design, and 2) I'm thinking about cards *I* would choose if they were offered to me, so I recognize my particular play style is not the same as everyone else's, so take everything with a chunk of salt. But:
KANSAS - I can't imagine a situation in which I would take that sorry - maybe remove the "can't attack heroes" and you get some play since it would (ideally) be 25 face dmg, but there's no way you wouldn't be dead really quickly with that. Great art though. 1 star

So I came up with this, what do you think?
Favorite champ ? Eh Cassio I guess. I put her in Shurima tho cuz I hate Noxus :D. Beware that I'm shit at balancing stuff.
Poison : A poisoned unit take 1 damage at the end of the round. Cannot be stacked. The unit is poisoned until the beginning of the next round.
Noxious Blast is also a standalone spell (much like mystic shot).
Note that Cassio Evolved effect apply when the unit become poisoned, so she doesn't kill 1 health poisoned unit upon evolving.
Evolve condition is based on the enemy units dieing while being poisoned (regardless of what killed it, it just had to be poisoned by the time it died).
I love midrange stuff so I kinda designed her to be a defensive unit preying on low cost units.
I haven't played much LoR but from what I understand, Poisoned just deals 1 damage. If it takes 1 damage at the end of the round, and it loses poisoned at the start of the next round then it will just take one damage and stop being poisoned. So, what is the point except to activate Cassiopeia?

A new class would be revolutionary. I honestly have no idea how it would be done. But if they were to add a new class they would probably add only one and see how it works. Adding 3 new classes all at once would be so chaotic and hectic.

I agree that there should be a new dusting/crafting system. But if each card could be disenchanted for its crafting cost then you could just trade legendaries back and forth and you would never need to open packs again.
It just says "add a random mage spell", I guess you meant "add a random mage spell to your hand". You should probably fix that before submitting the card. Other than that, it looks good!

I didn't buy packs for almost a month and I still was behind on unlocking all of the wings for the solo adventure. Now I am very behind on dust and I recently had to go through my collection and DE 4 legendaries just to play aggro quest mage with Stargazer Luna.
Hearthstone is getting more expensive. Maybe you grind 160 gold a day, but even people like me who play for over an hour a day still have a hard time keeping up.
I have had to dust all of my priest, rogue, and paladin cards because there was no way I would ever be able to keep up with the game playing all 9 classes.
I am sorry but the game needs a new monetization system. Desperately.

Honestly, I think the Immortal Bone Drake is super awesome as it is right now. Great flavour and really neat ability. I am not sure about everyone else but I would give this card 5 stars.

The main issue I have with Runeterra is the aesthetics and UI. There isn't enough flavor on the cards and the whole game just feels a bit flat, if you know what I mean. All of the card borders look the same, and the boards are really bland.
I don't hate LoR, but it just feels boring to play, even if the actual gameplay is good.

I agree that Golos can get be a bit repetitive. I have a Golos commander deck and my friends hate playing against it because there are way too many ways to get exactly what I want out of my deck and the games can get a bit boring. But I just really like the goloses design and the way he plays.
As for the article next week, as long as it isn't Heliod, the Sun Crowned I am fine with whatever.
This is a spin on the classic "2 mana deal 3 damage". Being limited to this turn only makes it a bit less powerful but the Twinspell gives it more value. Maybe this will make Even mage good? (Lol no)
I like the flavor and the idea. My only concern, is the fact that at 2 mana, you are able to play all 4 of these, with the HP on turn 10. That's a 13 damage HP for 10 mana. I personally would feel a bit more comfortable with this at 3 mana to help prevent any OTK shenanigans. But, that's just my personal opinion, and it's probably perfectly fine at 2 mana.
For a dissenting opinion here - I don't think that's all that bad given the draw/holding requirements to pull it off. Put another way: you can do 15face dmg for 10 mana with double Fireball + a Frostbolt - that requires you to draw/hold 3 separate cards vs only 2 here, but is also 3 more dmg so I think the tradeoff is fair.
Two fireballs are enough. That's 12 damage for 8 mana, for 2 cards, plus a hero power for the remaining 2 mana is exactly the same thing as 4 casts of Fire Within.
This is true. So basically, this is just another fireball and more burn damage for mage when they already have so much burn damage.
This is not broken because it is too much damage for it's cost, but I wouldn't like to see this card printed because there is already so many ways for mage to deal burn damage and this would just make aggro mages way more consistnet.

I agree. In wild, whizbang is totally useless because he only uses standard deck recipes. He is a much better replacement for Ragnaros the Firelord than High Inquisitor Whitemane.
