Having a Dragon in Play is way easier than having a Secret trigger. And your Opponent can't really play around you summoning a Dragon.
I'd say that you could get in quite a few swings with this Card. Let's say you only draw 3 Dragons (most Dragon-Decks usually run 6) and you attack every turn. That's 15 Damage from one Weapon!
It's a great 1-Drop against aggro for sure. Costing 1 mana less than Doomsayer makes A LOT of difference. One the other Hand, it's not that great in the mid-game. Doesn't guarantee a clear and gets easily removed.

And now imagine:
Rexxar riding into battle on Dragonback, wielding the great Stormhammer and smiting his Opponents (Faces) with mighty Thunder and Lightning crackling!
DRAGON-HUNTER, HOO!
Strange Card, could probably fit in some weird Mill-Deck. Or maybe a Combo-Deck with Mischief Maker?
Also, 5 Mana 6-5 draw a Card seems good enough for Arena.
I wonder if you can combo it with Mischief Maker somehow? There has to be something stupid/funny.

THE END IS COMING!!... one turn earlier.
I, for one, welcome our new Dragon-Overlords and their Henchmen.
ALL HAIL THE DRAGONQUEEN!
Imagine triggering the effect multiple times!
That's a creative spin on Evenlock! Do you think Abyssal Summoner could fit in this Deck?
Cool and unique Idea! Also, thx for including your thought process behind this.
Praised be our Lord Underbelly Angler!
Could also be pretty good in Reno-Rougue. It practically allows you to run Fal'dorei Strider or Shadow of Death.
Nice tutor for Shadow of Death.
Not very competitive, but fun!
Arch-Villain Rafaam on turn 5 lets go!
Shifter Zerus on Steroids!
Dissapointing if you ask me. Two 0-3s on turn 6 are usually easy to clear, also (Quest-)Shaman can do more for less, even after Evolve rotates back.
Not very exciting, tbh...
I mean, it's a Battlecry, so maybe Quest-Shamans will try this?
Idk. Don't think It'll see much play outside of Generated-by-Effects. Also, not really a Card that you want from Tortollan Pilgrim.
And People call Amber Watcher a Powercreep!
Oh yeah, haha! Been a long time since I heard that line!
