My solution for Milhouse: Just make his first Tavern cost 1 less. Just the first one. That way he can go to Tier 2 on round 2 just like every other hero, and isn't forced to float a gold every game.
I don't think they would do that. That would alienate a lot of players, and honestly makes no sense. It hurts Standard players, it hurts returning players, and it completely eviscerates new players.
What they might do is implement a third Ranked mode, with rotating sets like Arena and the Brawl Block tavern brawls. A lot of people want that.
She's an undead high elf. High elves are what blood elves used to be until they lost the Sunwell and turned to Fel magic. Sylvanas died and was resurrected shortly before any of that happened, though.

Not actually true. All Blood elves still have green eyes, at least in WoW. Even Lady Liadrin does, despite her Hearthstone artwork.
Once you use fel, you don't go back.
Blood elves have green eyes since they're corrupted by the fel. High elves have blue eyes (Heroic Innkeeper for example).
