So you will be able to use Tuskaroons you get later to buy titles and headers still. And after the event, remaining Tuskaroons will be converted to Gold (generic site currency).
Basically what Thonson said. Unitentional = very much doubt that the timing of the expansion was set with this in mind. Welcome = because the timing is what it is, you will most likely get a few more packs from a new expansion than what you were expecting, if you play ranked.
They will 100% want to create some kind of unique mechanic for the class more complex than a keyword; and most likely tied to the hero power.
They said that they actually didnt spend as much time on DH as they wanted and had to scrap some more complex ideas to make deadline. They also said they would want to single out a small team dedicated to development of just the new class when the time comes, they definitely learned a lot from making DH in terms of time and ppl requieremets.
Anyone else concerned that there's only 20 cards revealed by the community/new sites? Afaik, previous expansions have had more than double that number...
We'll see how it turns out this time. Lets hope the final dump isnt going to be that big but rather that they r saving to show more of em in the stream. I still think that it is a wasted resource, not giving even just filler cards to community to reveal them. Maybe the NDA comes to be a factor? They could give more than one card to those already revealing some cards, if they dont have more "trusted partners". I dont know. There is a lot that could be done with it, no idea why they r so stingy.
Sadly, we dont have a very big Arena following in here, but maybe someone will see themselves in there! :) Boozor used to hit leaderboards relatively consistently, but rl is taking precedent right now.
And now look at the #1 EU spot, basically a 9 avg :D I mean there is a chance that most of those guys up top "gamed" the system a little bit, played a few (possibly 11-12 runs) and only after getting a few in a row, they completed the 30 consecutive run mark to boost the overall avg. Either way tho, their skill level is crazy, scoring that high definitely goes beyond just RNG, you need to know how to meet RNG half way :)
Pen Flinger could potentially become THE activator, if you would need/want to trigger the effect right away, and if you could follow it up with a spell, you could then use it for another Frenzy card. Might be too bothersome and slow, but its a possibility :)
I would have to disagree somewhat. The augmerchants have really good synergy with frenzy as they also buff the card as well as activating frenzy.
That is true, and i was thinking about them when writing that, but Pen Flinger is just more versatile imho and you dont want too many situational cards in your deck. Pen Flinger can facilitate a lot in one card and can be used to go face, and more importantly be reused multiple times, saving deck space and technically creating card advantage. But yes, Augmerchants will have decent synergy with Frenzy as well.
I think they are absolutely correct in a sense that one-time effects are A LOT easier to balance and design for. I would say that for most classes, Frenzy will be even slower than Spellburst, but at the same time Frenzy could be easier to trigger, if the minion has enough health, since even a trade on the opponent's turn might trigger it. Mage could ping the minion, so im interested to see if they balanced around that.

And then you could open your actual FIB packs, which would then not give you the FIB Rogue cards you already got :)
Everyone crazy about the legendary, but holy hell the Apprentice is a strong card.
