Why is the class has 3 dual class cards? The mini expansion so far only bring back dual class combination within the year.
I deeply dislike Minigame Master since it is either create for you 3 cards or 0 cards. I think the "games" need to be more consistent in exchange for lower power level on the tokens.
The mini-set only has two dual-class cards. One for the two dual-class combinations within the year.
And I think you misunderstood Minigame Master. You don't play all 3 games. You play one of them at random.
Ah. I thought the border is for Shaman lol. Oops.
And even if Minigame Master works like you said, the 66% chance of not creating a card is already too much for him to ever see play. You might get away with that on a smaller cost (like Curious Glimmerroot or Guess the Weight) but I don't think you can do that on 5 mana.
Dont think you are correct here, two of the three minigams are based on your game knowledge, you can almost guarantee to get a reward, if you know your Hearthstone cards. The only truly random one is the second one, which i agree will kinda suck if you get it and guess wrong, but i suppose it is there to "balance the scales"? So you dont "always" get a reward, and keep the gambling spirit of the card.
The second one isn't even "fully" random. It's literally just one of those ball-cup shuffle games where you follow which cup has the ball.
Oh, i guess the description of the mini-game isnt exactly clear: "One cup out of three has a prize. The cups will shuffle for a few seconds. Pick the correct one to win the minigame."
That sounds to me like 3 cups will shuffle and then i get to choose one. Nothing there says the correct one would be shown to me at the start and that i would be able to follow the shuffle process. But not a big deal in general.

The best way to handle this is as some others have stated; just change it so it only attack each minion once, like how Deathwing, Mad Aspect is handled.
I think this is a horrible idea, it only works for DW because it is a friggin 12/12, you would need a big minion for Hysteria to clear anything. With this change, it would probably end up being something along the lines of Betrayal power level, which i guess is whatever, but still.
Feels bad, summoning other treants doesn't count towards achievement. Only Darkmoon one. *facepalm*
Went to Duels, noticed that Druid has a new hero power option that summons Treants. "Were you this helpful Blizz?" Nope, they're Witchwood Treants because why not.
Mill Rogue eats it for breakfast, discard a combo piece and gg. I tried to counter it by increasing my chances in the mirror, some steal cards to fish for combo pieces in opponent's hand/deck to assemble the combo faster, and it worked for the most part 😁
I wouldnt call it cheating, since the bad coding allows it, but i would soon look for if it hurts their viewership, i would not watch a streamer who constantly skips the combat, the tavern turn is not that exciting.
With that said, it, and the achievements, kinda showed the "flaw" in the system, or rather the way it works: when the combat starts, before you can even see the board, the game already decided on all the moves and who wins or loses that fight. You can only watch the motions. It can still give you that rush of pulling off a lucky victory, but if you know everything has been already predetermined, that feeling gets quite sour.
Im not a developer, so cant speak for if and how it could be changed, but having the combat phase be literally irrelevant, that does not bring me much enjoyment from player perspective. With that said, i still like to play BG, but i would enjoy it more, if the combat phase mattered at all. I still get angry/happy about the result, so i guess the brain can be fooled even if you know what is going on, oh well.
The combo is pretty strong and super easy to achieve, but the BS Mill Decks keep it in check pretty easily. Which, is not a good thing at all, since Mill Decks can bite it in a first place. That being said, i did play Tiller Combo yesterday and it was fun while it lasted, but i wouldnt want it to be evergreen thing in Wild. Cant imagine it will stay like that for too long.
Btw, it would seem that Heroic Duels did not get a reset, kinda surprised to be honest, but oh well. It was the first instance so it was a gamble, you can still play out your run to use up the entry. And if you dont like the game mode, you can keep it as an investment and see if we get "lucky" next time with a proper expansion launch.
Awesome! Makes me happy that it was found by random and the datamining process was just a confirmation. It felt a little cheap 😁
The interaction is cool nonetheless!
Math is hard, thanks! :)
Lemonade!
15 years, damn. Some good pieces from this artist, but Wild Pyromancer for life! 🤟🔥🔥🔥
Great write up and great little tidbits, i didnt know all of them. Hungry Crab was pretty hilarious :D
I like me a good shuffle Rogue! :)

It is, if you dont care about winning, which can be said about anything almost :)

You dont play Arena then 😁
That wont change anything. You dont need him to have 0-Attack to pull off the combo.
Try switching to other region, log in, log out, then switch back to original. Or log in from a different device.

Yeah. But i wonder why it shows "+ scroll XP" and not "+XP scroll". Looks super weird to me honestly.

Damn, Ben looks like 10 years younger :)
