I like the design. Not sure that any of these reputation cards are gonna be that exciting. The obvious pairing for Sivir is with Noxus in a 5 attack style deck but its able to work in other factions, maybe Demacia. I do worry that the reputation effect is just really awkward to trigger in most other factions, but I suppose you don't need to do so to make Sivir decent.
Classic: Don't know if that's a mode for me, but I'll give a try. Could be interesting. I started back in Un'Goro, so I never got to experience the absolute glory of coin-innervate-yeti or no-real-wincon-priest!
I have to be honest, I don't like the removal of charge from everything. Team5 could've just left at least one in standard, this one for instance, so the dream of pulling out some combo will still be possible. I remember the dead days of boar hunter, in AoO, made possible precisely because it had charge, and gave hunter a semblance of a chance in that trying tempo dhunter period. Guess we won't ever be seeing any more of that.
On its own, its bad. Basically for a class that can't draw for shit, every card must count, and this one happily runs itself to its death the same turn you play him, with no obvious combo of either keeping him alive or doing some really powerful stuff. Is there any reason to not play say, Arcane Shot, or Backstab, or in fact any other card, instead of a 1 mana deal 2 to a minion? The only thing I can think of to justify a card slot would be Saddlemaster, an equally weak card in its own right.
Perhaps this signals that team5 is going to print something that will cheapen beasts in hand, in which case there's a sliver of an opportunity for new boar to actually see play. But until then, this is trash, topped only by new Bluegill Warrior.
There are other game modes other than Constructed, you know. It will be pretty good Arena card, probably Duels too, and can appear in Brawls. Definitely not a useless card by any means in the set.
By that reasoning, there are no 'bad' cards. The context of my review/rant is obviously standard constructed because that's where the decision to include into a deck is pertinent and I simply cannot see why anyone would want it. Paladin is the only class that comes closes because there's no 1 mana removal in that class currently, and even then I cannot see why boar would be taken over the deluge of other 1 drops.
That's right, technically, there are no bad cards. There are bad cards for certain game modes and there are cards that are (a lot) worse than alternatives, but all cards can find a place to be played somewhere.
There is a Humongous Razorleaf in the Core set, which will never see a play in anything but Silence Priest at best, but it also serves to dilute the random/discover pool in some situations. You cant only have top tier cards in a set, how would you then know which cards are better? Boar is by no means a dead card, it just wont be used to push face damage. It might not be put in any popular deck list, but it will be pulled by RNG effects and it will help in certain situations.
I like the idea of Reputation, or rather the unique trigger. But the name of the keyword is weird to say the least.
Sivir looks cool, tho not as good representation of her League abilities in her champion as others, but a strong one nonetheless. Her signature spells do have a proper flavor tho.
The new alexstrasza is still a big nerf compared to old Alexstrsza, but this is better for the health of the game.
I don't think this is a nerf. Damage wise your opponent would have to have 24 life or more for the old alex to be better. And similarly you would have to have 6 life or less for the old one to heal you more. Old alex could potentially be more efficient, but this one is simply more reliable in what it does. It is more useful in more scenarios. Plus, you can target minions in addition to heroes which gives it even more uses.
Exactly, and the biggest upside is you can actually user her as a finisher, not just as a setup.

And If anyone can say that what will happen the Classic Packs and will they offer Basic cards, I will be appreciated as well.
That is actually a very good question. They will technically become Wild packs, eh?:D To be honest, i think they will stay without change, they will still reward Classic cards and thats it. At best they might throw in Basic cards, but im not too sure about that.
I believe they responded that, internally, not everyone on the dev team agrees with this change, so given the community feedback, there is a possibility, that there will be a Wild version and a Core version of Bluegill and Stunetusk :o
Alex will be just a really annoying card to have exist. If not run outright, which i think that will happen, Discover and random effects giving you 8 face damage is going to be quite annoying for your opponent.
Oh, good point! Can you technically give Illidari Inquisitor "windfury"? If you attack with it, and then your hero attacks too? Pretty sure that's how it would work, right? But i imagine the order will matter, if your hero attacked first, it might use up Inquisitors attack for the turn.
Big difference is that new Alex can be a finisher. Old Alex could only start you up. Not to mention that it will get broken with other cards that create (cheaper) copies, it just will :) Also, Wild.
Quite pretty.
Reputation is what Jungle Giants hoped to be?:)
That is called a mid-range deck, ok?:D
Im still baffled who thought that Fire Elemental needed a buff.

Return of the legend?

Pretty strong card, and will definitely see play as a finisher at least. Will slot into most control decks for sure.

It can go over taunt tho and if you need to trade with it, it keeps all health, it is better.

Aaaaand done :)
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder. Neutral Pyroblast on a stick, eh? Riiiiiiight. This will totally no get abused. At all.
