Feedback time! ...I'm just gonna ignore the "plagiarism" discussion for now and focus on the cards, if that's alright. Shadows will step in if he feels more action must be taken. I haven't even looked at who has submitted.
Show Spoiler
cydonianknight - I like it :) I don't think you need to perform any more changes; you're good to go, IMO!
Wailor - Maybe shave off a point of Health, just to be on the safe side? Although Robes of Protection does something similar and is not symmetrical, so maybe it's fine. I like it either-way, and it's a nice callback to Faerie Dragon.
Demonxz95 - Flavorful, and really shuts down certain builds (namely Odd Paladin and Odd Warrior, from the same set no less. Meany :P). The limited-uses thing didn't really come into existence until Metamorphosis, IIRC, so that could be a knock on your card.
Karmin - Interesting card for Thief Priest, or really any Priest. You get a card, another card from your opponent, and the knowledge that comes from receiving said card in the first place. 1-mana draw is really powerful, but it's reciprocated so I think it's okay. Cool card all-in-all; just change the watermark and you're good :P
h0lysatan - The name doesn't really speak to a Legendary minion. Beyond that, this is a Taunt minion in all but effect, because an Aggro deck cannot afford to leave it alive if they want to avoid a tie lol. I think it's neat, although quite the road block with that 6 Health.
anchorm4n - I saw the discussion on Discord as-to where you should put the card watermark-wise, and I think this is spot-on. Forcing your opponent to discard is especially evil, but hey, it's Warlock, amirite? I think you're good to go, honestly.
YourPrivateNightmare - Welcome to our little side of things :) I like the idea of permanently revealing the hands: it dramatically changes the game for both players, knowing what your opponent is capable of. I think you're ready to submit, except for one detail: the watermark. Classic/Legacy isn't a good place for him.
ChickyChick - I think Personality Thief, one expansion before the introduction of Hero Power-focused Quests, is quite mean. It's neat, but I would pass on it. Talon King Terokk would probably just be used as a mass-Power Overwhelming finisher card a la Bloodlust for the Warlock, so the rest of the effect would be unnecessary. That leaves Balance Keeper, which I remember from before: I think it has some interesting decision-making. You can use the "less" to tempo stuff out or make next turn cheaper, or the "more" to slow down your opponent. I would go with that one.
grumpymonk - Most of the time, "I'm pretending my card replaces (X)" doesn't work out for people because the voters don't seem to care about that, and/or don't want to engage in that thought-experiment. In my experience, they want to vote based on how Hearthstone is, as opposed to what it could be alternatively. Or maybe that's just a "me" problem lol :/ Anyway, I would go with Shadow Conjurer.
sinti - Eagle Eyes for sure :) The art is perfect, the name is perfect, the set you placed it in is perfect, and the card in general is interesting.
TheHoax91 - I have to agree with Sinti in-that permanently overwriting your opponent's Hero Power is concerning, but at least they get something out of it? Probably not, though, because you would just build your Druid deck such-that you play as efficiently as possible. It would be neat in a Tavern Brawl, but I don't know about Constructed.
I was beaten to the idea of using Projects. All well :P
Look out, it's the dreaded Resurrection Priest! For both cards, the idea is that you get what you played and your opponent gets what they played; hopefully that thought-process comes across without spelling it out. If it would make people feel better, I can shift Ultimate Redemption to Paladin-only, for use in a Big Pally deck.
How's this for an update to the Wardrobe of Wonders? I've replaced the art with something more Warcraft-y, shifting to the flavor of dressing-up via a tailor.
It also says "end of turn" now, so you get to utilize the effect at least once before he's removed.
My gold reserves have been seriously hit by all the card backs and heroes and whatnot, if the pictures are any indication lol. I don't even have enough left over for the mini-set; need to collect some more!
Nirast - The Arcane Focus sounds like it should be a weapon: from my perspective, it's only a minion because the prompt says it has to be. Maybe if it were a character it would make more sense; the effect is interesting, though. I think I like the Rusted Harvester more, regardless, Treant Druid being a guilty pleasure of mine.
anchorm4n - The card is okay, but I don't know if it stands out enough.
DestroyerR - I don't know if Hearthstone has the same UI capability as Legends of Runeterra in-that it can keep a revealed card in that state for your opponent to see. Otherwise, you'd have to keep track of the cards mentally/manually, which is a bummer. Would people pay 3 mana and a deck slot for the information? I'm not sure.
grumpymonk - I like the Dreadmist Watch Post more than the Arcane Watchtower. I think the Watchtower effecting your opponent's costs is too similar to the one we have already. "Armor" should be capitalized, though.
Demonxz95 - Mini Ragnaros is a little on-the-nose for this prompt, in my opinion, creatively-speaking. Sheep Cannon is amusing and could see play in the right deck, like maybe a Spell Face Hunter or Token Druid.
Wailor - If you're going with Mortar Team, I would definitely pick the one with less Health. Either-way, I feel like it might be too powerful for 4-mana, clearing away up to 3 enemy minions at the end of the turn. I wish it could be something like "3 damage to a random enemy minion and 1 damage to its neighbors", but that's far too many words.
Cool looking deck; not a pairing I would have expected. So the deck is mainly about softening up the enemy with non-combat damage before the larger Overwhelm units finish them off? You have no play until turn 3 at the earliest, which I find interesting as well. Edit: I suppose turn-2 could work, with spell mana.
All I need is one more copy of The Leviathan, so I might as well try it :)
...although, I guess I still don't understand what the problem was. Weren't you supposed to be able to pull them? I didn't own High Inquisitor Whitemane before this.
It seems I won't provide feedback unless I force myself to make time, so here goes:
Show Spoiler
Pokeniner - It's okay, I guess. Most smaller Rogue minions want to be played, as opposed to cheated out, so this would need to find the right home to work properly (like Deathrattle Rogue, maybe). Technically it's not worded properly, as the "summon any…" part is not connected to the "draw 2 cards" with how it is currently worded. It would need to be more like Varian Wrynn, in my opinion. Might be fine, though, given the way Blizzard seems to be streamlining card phrasing in an effort to fit more words (like not using the word "random" in cards that should have it, instead implying it's random).
Wailor - I'm not a fan. Ideally none of your minions would be affected, but that leaves two scenarios: either your opponent has a wide board - in which case demoting their minions to 1/1s might be of minimal effect - or they're using big minions and you're about to take a *ton* of damage before this ever goes off. The Mage just lost Polymorph as a Core card in-part because I think they want to see less transform-removal and only straight damage-removal in the Mage, so I don't know if Blizzard would print something like this.
h0lysatan - You could also phrase it as "Secret: After an enemy attacks, summon a 2/3 Guardian with Taunt. When it dies, shuffle a copy of this Secret into your deck." Right now, the Deathrattle is a little wonky because "this Secret" doesn't make sense on the minion. Other than that, the card seems fine.
Fedrion - This seems kind of scary, because a double Fireball after taking heavy damage could immediately end the game. Your opponent either risks their own death because they cannot finish you off in time, or they barely attack whenever a late-game Secret pops up in fear of Cauterize. Either way, you win. I feel it's the best iteration of the card so far, but I'm still concerned. Also, you have the Classic/Legacy watermark; I think you meant to have FitB?
shatterstar1998 - You're missing the plural S in "Mirror Images"; if need be, you can change "battlefield" to "board" to make it fit. Other than that I like them both, although I think I like Wormhole more: fits with the Mage's outer space Boomsday theming, and can psyche out your opponent.
Nirast - Should be "its", not "it's", and "stats" as opposed to "starts". As for the gameplay, anything larger than a 3/4 or equivalent is gonna reset the Secret; seems pretty easy to accomplish, but it can be played around in a manner similar to Repentance. It would piss me off something fierce to play into the effect, though, but I guess that could be said of any of these.
bananenparty - I like the chaos, although it would be difficult to "clear" for the opponent: you can't generally fire off a 5+ mana spell just for the sake of safely proccing this Secret. The benefits of it being Legendary, I guess; it should be fine.
KANSAS - The way it is currently worded, wouldn't it require them to sacrifice their minions, not kill your own? "friendly minions" means something different to them as opposed to you. I think it could say "After your opponent destroys 3 of your minions…" Cleaned up a bit, I like the card.
cydonianknight - I like it. The gameplan is straight-forward, it can be "played around" somewhat, and it encourages deck-building decisions (namely of the "play Tirion" variety, but still lol). No critique here.
BasilAnguis - Enigma Book seems difficult to use properly. The payoff is great, but realistically how often will this proc? I don't think I'm a fan.
Dermostatic - I like the Nerubian/Spider themes, so naturally I like your card as well. I think it's balanced fairly well: Plagiarize exists and gives you copies of the cards, but it's a non-Legendary. Copy of the card vs a free 4/4; that seems like an okay bump-up.
anchorm4n - "5 or more Attack" seems like a Priest thing, so while I understand the flavor of only hitting big minions, it still seems a little off to me. It's on point with being a trap, though, especially one fitting the Uldum set. All-in-all, it's okay.
grumpymonk - Adding to the "cycle" that is Hidden Wisdom and Rat Trap is a smart play, I think, and "a fantastic treasure" is a natural fit. I don't have much to say 'cause I think you're good to go.
R - Should be "their turn", not "his turn". Don't want to assume :P Either way, it's a hard No from me: the level of hatred this card would produce could power a city.
Lundy - An amusing card, although I don't think anyone really wants to see another iteration of Ice Block. At least you wouldn't be Immune until end of turn, so maybe it's okay. It would be annoying to deal with, though, given that most of the outcomes have the potential to save your life.
Demonxz95 - For anyone with a minion-based strategy, this is just a big middle-finger to them. "Oh, you wanted to win? Well, here's a giant goat that you probably can't get through in one turn; have fun with that!" Some classes can get around Drunhei and deal face damage, but others (the Paladin, Warrior, or Demon Hunter, to name some) are completely gipped out of their victory. The effect is very "Legendary", but I personally don't like the result of it.
The name comes from what Vision says in Captain America: Civil War: "Our very strength invites challenge. Challenge incites conflict. And conflict... breeds catastrophe."
The idea being that the strength of the opponent encourages your minions to rise up and Avenge the damage inflicted upon you :) Gameplay-wise I'm concerned that it is too slow, despite how powerful it could be.
Mo'arg Artificer doesn't work with Piercing Shot for extra face damage? That seems unintuitive. IIRC Spell Damage worked with Explosive Runes to increase its face potential; are we not doing a similar thing here?
Don't get me wrong: I don't want to see the Artificer and x2 Piercing Shots on turn 10 for sudden surprise lethal or whatever; it just seems at first glance that that should be the outcome of using those two together.
That's also why we did the "Weapons with 1-Durability" prompt last Season: they're a major part of the class :) Just want to see what people can do with the themes...and maybe steal what artwork you find lol. I thought about straight-up supplanting one of my ideas from there for this competition, but decided against it.
I designed it with Hack the System in mind: Armored Goon and the Quest provide payoffs for attacking with your hero, but you need to incorporate ways to...you know...attack. You can drop this, get the Thorn, then use it after you play Armored Goon the next turn.
Feedback time! ...I'm just gonna ignore the "plagiarism" discussion for now and focus on the cards, if that's alright. Shadows will step in if he feels more action must be taken. I haven't even looked at who has submitted.

Thank you to everyone who has provided me feedback so far :) Here's my attempt to make Ultimate Redemption more school-y:
*aggressive finger-snapping ensues*
Same thought-process as before: you summon your minions, they summon their minions, and a massive fight happens.
Little slow on the uptake, but congrats to Demon :)
I was beaten to the idea of using Projects. All well :P

Got a golden Lorekeeper Polkelt, so I guess it was worth :)

Here's my goofy idea. Who needs Whizbang the Wonderful when you can change your deck every turn?
I used the phrasing of Renounce Darkness. I'd like to think it would be a free, amusing Legendary to mess around with.
Congratulations to grumpymonk :)
Good luck to everyone. I don't generally like Secrets, so it's hard to choose between them lol

...I didn't submit in my own prompt. This has not been my Season so far: I'm either horribly unmotivated or too busy :(
If anyone is curious where the idea for the prompt came from, it's my Alraune class: a plant/nature class that is separate from the Druid.
https://outof.cards/forums/fan-creations/custom-hearthstone/4724-custom-class-aisha-the-alraune-wip
