Solid, solid card that brings us closer and closer to a viable Dragon Paladin deck. Buffing this with Dragonrider Talritha and Dragon Speaker would be great. Although if you ask me, this gets 5 stars from the card art alone.
Great anti-aggro tool. It's not better than Doomsayer since some minions could survive 5 damage, but this is still a fantastic control tool for the early game.
I already hate it. It single-handedly makes dragon decks viable, but what I hate about it is that games will usually be decided over who draws and plays this first. It's even got good stats for its mana cost. To quote from Dr. Strangelove, this card is terrifying, and simple to understand.
Shifter Zerus with a much more limited pool to transform into. Seems unreliable still, but the fact that the random legendary will always be 5 mana is nice...
Good lord, the power levels for this expansion are insane. 4/12 minions usually cost 9 mana, so having this at 8 means you can drop this and hero power on turn 10 for a massive play. Great card for slower Warlock decks.
Wow, never expected a legendary weapon this expansion...insane.
Pirate Warrior in Wild just got a good card draw tool. I don't think this will see much play in Standard, unless they release some new pirates in the upcoming expansions...
This is insanely powerful. Warlock having mediocre Invoke cards is the only thing that could handicap this, as tempo-ing out a 4-mana 5/4 is still a solid play.
I don't think there's a downside to this card. 2-mana 2/2 that gives you the chance to get a copy of your opponent's card, and if you guess wrong, you'll have an idea what could be in their hand at least. Solid card.
I think this will be one of the underrated cards in this set. It's almost a Houndmaster Shaw/Thunderhead body, has an ongoing effect that's pretty easy to trigger, and it's a mech. That's a scary thing to drop on curve, and at the very least, it will bait out your opponent's removal. I'm surely going to have fun playing this card.
It seems like it should be meta-defining, but it's not quite. Highlander Hunter already runs 6 secrets, and it's hard to imagine running much more than that. It's a fantastic card that should have a place in that deck, but having reached legend with it when it was new to the meta, I think a big skill-test with that deck is when and how to play each secret. I'm not sure if cheating them out randomly actually helps despite the card draw. I think it fits better in a mid-range secret deck that maybe runs 2-4 different secrets, but multiple copies of some of them.
Yeah, I don't think it's meta-defining. In theory it should replace Masked Contender in a Highlander Hunter deck. It's got stats for its mana cost and it's a beast. You'll need to play it on turn 4 to get immediate value out of it though, but tempoing it out at 2 mana should still be a solid play.
I'm not sold on this card just yet. Playing it on curve might actually be dangerous since your opponent will be the first to benefit from the mana ramp. This could make for some big swings if you drop it on like turn 8-10 though (it's a 4-mana 8/8, for crying out loud), or if you could cheat it out via Duel!. I guess we'll see.
It's a cheaper Val'anyr and comes with a fairly statted body. It looks better than the weapon on paper, though it's vulnerable to silence. Still, it looks like the card that could make Dragon Paladin viable (at least I hope it does, because I would love to play that deck).
This is busted, though we'll have to see if some form of Dragon Druid takes shape. Although it might be worth building that kind of deck (or filling your deck with dragons) for this card alone...
Hohoho got two legendaries from the card pack rewards from Tombs of Terror. Two shit ones, but one is golden so I'll take it. Quest Rogue looks fun anyways.

This is a Zephrys-level card for DoD. Obviously not as strong as Zephrys, but man this is powerful. Galakrond decks will clearly be viable now.

Waaay better than Pilfer. It's a Discover effect that gives you options from a limited pool of cards, lessening the RNG aspect. Nice.

Fantastic 1-drop, will be an auto-include in any Hunter deck. Together with Springpaw, the Hunter class has gotten some good early-game removal.
I just got my golden portrait for Hunter, aka Batman. Next up is Paladin, with 310 wins in the bank.

Man, I missed Ragnaros the Firelord so much.
This deck looks really fun! Boy, am I glad that I have every legendary for this, because this is one expensive deck.
