Are you still wondering what to play after the nerfs? You're in luck! We've gathered some awesome decks that the pros have been playing since Monday for you to take out onto Hearthstone's ladder. Ready to give some decks a spin?
BoarControl's Malygos Druid
One of the European Grandmasters, BoarControl, has been busy with iterations of Malygos Druid. This is the latest version of the deck that he shared on Twitter.
NoHandsGamer's Pure Paladin
NoHandsGamer wanted to give Paladin a chance and was able to steer this deck to a respectable 57% winrate. He also tinkered with another list which he called Egg Paladin, but his success with that one was far more modest.
TicTac & Moyen's Galakrond Priest
These two pros put together a Galakrond list some time ago and it's still going strong after the patch. Zananananan has also shared a similar list (with mulligan guide AND video) with which he held #1 Legend for some time.
Jarla's Tempo Demon Hunter
Crimson Sigil Runner's nerf was enough for Jarla who cut away the 1/1s in favor of [Hearthstone Card (Guardian Augmerchants) Not Found]. Based on this tweet the deck is performing well at Legend. Yes, Demon Hunter wins games, I'm also surprised.
Alex's Highlander Shaman
Something spicy from Japan to end this post. Simply playing Shaman was not enough for Alex who wanted to try out a Highlander variant. He didn't share a winrate so you might want to hold back crafting those legendaries you don't own already.

Pure Paladin feels more like a meme. Unless the next few sets can give Paladin some solid minion that beat out the neutral options, I don't see it going anywhere
It's really pretty solid. It's weak against Mage and Rogue because it can only counter one explosive turn per game and they can do multiple explosive turns. But... against everything else, it has real legs. It can put a lot of pressure on and keep it coming turn after turn while also having robust healing. I've got a slightly better than 50% rate with it at high diamond ranks. It's also fairly enjoyable to play. It's the only paladin deck I can say that about. The cost change on the little labrum guy actually makes a big difference in the decks curve out.
Why people are so stuck on that libram paladin needs to be pure paladin? I think the crusader sucks every time I saw that card being played the deck lost.. yes the 4/2 is good but it's not reno good, it's just ok.. why not just run truesilver and run some good neutral cards like pyromancer, or knife juggler that fit the deck as well as oppening it to neutral dragon synergies..
sadly I don't have liadrin or the libram of hopes to try this myself :/
Lightforged Zealot is really good, and is one card in paladin that swings tempo. Since Libram of Justice is already pretty good with consecrate most people might think the Wild Pyromancer is just not good enough compared to what zealot is doing.
Also, Lightforged Crusader is actually pretty nuts. Unfortunately, its bad not because of what it does but because paladin rarely gets to the point where the card can actually be played without dying. And paladin's card draw is so atrocious that drawing crusader somewhere around mid game when you really just need something to stabilize board can be just game ending.
Well playing a war golem and expecting to live a turn is quite steep, specially when your tempo tools aren't that great and then you are restricting your deck for a "0 mana 4/2" I say it's definetly not worth when Pyro is that good with 2/3 of your librams, also good with hand of a'dar to deal 1 aoe damage.
Agree 100%
Pure Paladin is fun but isn't competitive. However, adding in the dragon package with neutral dragons to Libram Paladin so far seems to work pretty well. Hoping next expansion sees at least one Libram and hopefully another 'Pure' card to help both decks.
Thijs posted a video a couple days ago of a non-pure Libram Paladin that's pretty good. I've played a couple days of it now and it's decent! I haven't calculated win rates but I would guess it's slightly over 50%. And fun, but who plays this game for the *fun*?

i thought the only reason to play a game was fun? unfortunately heathstone basically has stopped being fun.
Don't see there being any more overtly 'pure' cards released, as all of the current ones are from year of the dragon. A shame, as it's a really cool concept
