March 28 Festival of Legends Card Reveals
Here are all the cards that Blizzard have revealed today, March 28 2023, for Festival of Legends.

Well, Aggro Mage officially scares me. How many copies of a 1-mana damage spell does one deck need? And spell damage!?
On the more fun side, though, would anyone like to postulate how many Pyroblasts you can generate in one game now? At least seven! And that's only with these cards, teehee.
'Is-Is this an out of season April's Fool joke?'
That's my reaction, and I'm sure it's a reaction of a lot of players here, like SERIOUSLY?
1st reveal: Blackrock'N'Roll, a damn slow deck buff
2nd reveal: RIffs (Lmao)
People (Or at least myself) expected at least some support for either of those archetypes to be AT LEAST viable, and what Warrior gets instead? Yet ANOTHER archetype that sucks ass (They tried Menagerie stuff back in Darkmoon Faire, that didn't work back then)
Personally I expected some support for aforementioned, already revealed cards like Riffs payout, similar to DH and his Relics, or some support to already existing archetypes like Enrage Warrior or Fire Warrior. It's just, DAMN, if you want to remove a class simply do it, stop torturing it Lol
'Stop, stop! He's already dead!'
Well, at least Roaring Applause isn't bad. You can easily end up drawing 3 cards in most scenarios so that's still acceptably good.
The menagerie theme though...well that's kinda harsh on a class like warrior, who had a torrid 6 months. Its not that the theme is bad, its just that its clearly underwhelming by the eye test, and being the first expansion past rotation, there's naturally not many choices to go for. Rock Master Voone for example is starting to look like an early april fools joke.
But there's yet hope for warrior. For all we know, it could end up with the best deck in the game. Tony, King of Piracy + The Fires of Zin-Azshari in a control shell. Retarded yes, but its still a warrior deck at the end.
I'm curious how many cards you can draw with Mistake played on turn 1
Probably just one, the tribe that is unused. That is, if we follow the same logic as cards like The Purator
Otherwise it'll be right broken as hell, imagine draw somewhere around 7 cards for 3 mana.
The sad part is that The Fires of Zin-Ashari can play out pretty swell sometimes. Especially if your opponent has a couple draw cards left over :')
The only good card among what's been revealed for Warrior seems to be the 1/3 armor booster. With Armorsmith (in Wild since it drops out of Standard) and any Whirlwind-like effect (like Risky Skipper) you can gain a ridiculous amount of armor. Not sure how that's going to help Warrior win, but it's a start. Voone joins Hogger as one of those legendary minions that has multiple versions and all of them suck.
Voone and Powerslider seems like they'd fit in a deck with that Amalgam legendary
*ahem* LOL WARRIOR..... Yeah.. it isn't even funny to meme about warrior anymore. Honestly this situation sucks.
Somehow I know these warrior cards would be bad. We know Team 5 make expansion sets a few months to a year in advance so I had a feeling they wouldn't be able to react fast enough to the tragedy that is warrior
I am really sad for warrior players...DISAPOINTING CARDS
Oh man! Warrior top tier after this exp...no, sorry, couldn't even finish the joke. I would say what they're trying to do with Warrior this expansion is not going to work but I'm honestly not even sure what it is they're trying to do. They're pushing menagerie but can't decide on the playstyle. You got soloist expecting you to have no board, Roaring Applause expecting you to have a wide board and Voone expecting you to have a hand full of gas in a board-centric deck. Are we go wide aggro, are we big chonker dropping menagerie, are we lategame value deck? Pick one.
Drum Soloist is a decent dragon for menagerie warrior in standard, probably. In wild you’d much rather run Tent Trasher.
Razorfen Rockstar is a decent quillboar which isn’t a common minion type. I don’t see what deck wants it’s effect, maybe control warrior runs it over Armor Vendor? Menagerie might already have enough good 1-drops though and they already have a decent quillboar in the form of Rowdy Fan.
Power Slider looks rather underpowered, you can probably highroll it and get an early 4/5 or larger, but I wouldn’t count on it
Roaring Applause Is an Impending Catastrophe. Except for an archetype that almost certainly isn’t as good at going wide.
Rock Master Voone is a decent value card I guess. War Master Voone did not see much success back in the day, but this is more likely to have targets you care about since it can copy it as long as it has a minion type. In menagerie this can probably give you like 2-3 cards on curve rather easily (I think).
Well. Warrior is doomed.
Unless the last card is super busted Fire Tutor (it won't be) there is no playable archetype. Menagerie is a bad meme with no endgame and the cards revealed so far are barely good enough for Arena.
I guess it's just Tony Warrior until it inevitably gets nerfed.
is Fight Over Me the first ever card that makes you choose TWO targets? or am i forgetting something
Goliath, and also Barbed Nets.
Still though, it's quite a rare thing to see and I'm glad Team 5 have started implementing more of them.
Yes! In standard Hearthstone at least. There are hero powers in battleground that have 2 targets, maybe cards too, but in the main mode it is the first.
Goliath, Sneed's Masterpiece is sort of in the same lane
This meta gonna give me cancer
So warrior got minion which give him +2 armor unitil the 1/2 is in play while druid got a 1 cost minion which will give him +2 armor on hero power for rest of the game. Forced multi-tribe for warrior, but I am not sure it will work.
